For 12 years I have wanted The setting on my engagement ring to be altered so that the baguettes could be viewed better while accenting my solitaire. Every jeweler I went to said it cant be done. They said I was crazy to even think of such a thing. Well, not THIS jeweler, Victor Cheung. He sat down and listened to my idea, drew a picture and even had me come back two days later to approve what he had done up to that point! The moment I saw it, I got so choked up because it was EXACTLY what I envisioned for all these years. The man is BEYOND talented! Make no mistake, I am super picky about my jewelry and when I tell you he is AMAZING, believe me its true. My diamond dealer knew of his work and that speaks volumes to me. Do yourself a favor and SHOP HERE!! I can honestly say Franklin Jewelers is where DREAMS COME TRUE! Thank you, Victor. Youre the BEST!

This jewlery store is great! They modified a ring if mine to fit a diamond and it is absolutely beautiful! The staff is very friendly and helpful, they also gave me a good deal for my unwanted gold. I will definitely be going back to them.
