My fiance bought my ring here also. The jeweler sized it without me being there. About a week into wearing the ring it began to turn my fingers black. I am not allergic to gold. The jeweler blamed it on makeup or lotion but I rarely wear lotion on my hands and cut it from my routine for about 2 weeks and still black fingers. He refused to take the ring b/c it had been sized. He would only trade it out if we paid more $$ which is funny b/c my fiance said he was shown 3 or 4 rings he could have at the same price when he purchased this defect! This man has the WORST customer service I have ever seen and does not give any kind of paper work to back up all the $$ you just dumped on his crap jewelry. Also near my setting I noticed that my yellow gold does not continue all the way to the setting. It looks PLATED! $1200 for plated gold? I am going to have it appraised and hope they dont tell me that there is some other metal mixed with the gold and that that is the reason my finger is turning but they probably will.

My Fiance bought my engagement ring here, and when we returned to have it resized, somehow we ended up with the wrong size again. I wasnt too upset about it, figuring it was just a mistake in reading the number of the sizing rings, but then the owner tried to convince me that "theres not that much of a difference between a 6 and a 5 1/2." He was annoying and patronizing. He did end up resizing it a second time for free, but I left angry that he thought me so gullible as to take a ring that doesnt fit.

I purchased a ring from him for Christmas for my wife. The ring had to be special ordered for what I needed. He asked that I pay the entire amount upfront. I AM SUCH AN IDIOT!!! I guess I just trust people too much. I agreed to buy the ring from there because it was Thursday and he promised the ring by next Wed. before Christmas. Well Wed. evening rolled around and I never got the ring. So much for my money, over $260.00 gone up in smoke!
