Do not get a repair done at this location dropped off my diamond mens wedding band to get repaired loose diamond & never got sent out because I was told someone put it on the finished repair door instead of the send out repair door no follow up that the ring was even in there done door until i called april 29th now im waiting to sat 05/06/2017 if im lucky ive always purchased here but i would never send my ring out again at this location. & they always got new people there like a training store my wife upset because going a month without the ring because i always were it day & night thanks for the terrible service

WOULD NEVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KAY. THEY MADE MY DAUGHTERS WEDDING RING WHICH HAS NEEDED TO BE FIXES 3 TIMES. THEN THEY REDESIGNED THE RING THE LAST TIME TO MAKE IT STRONGER TAKING AWAY THE ORIGINAL LOOK OF THE RING. THEY DID THIS WITHOUT PERMISSION. ALSO CHIPPED THE SAPPHIRE STONE AND WHEN CONFRONTED ABOUT THE WORK THEY JUST SHRUGGED IT OFF. DAUGHTERS WEDDING IN 2 WEEKS AND ALL KAY WOULD OFFER WAS TO LOAN HER A RING SET WHILE THEY "WORKED THINGS OUT" WORSE COMPANY EVER
