BEWARE/EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: I called this service to have a dozen roses delivered to my fiance because she was having a long day at work and simply wanted to brighten her day. First few times I called the call was forwarded to a cell phone with a different number. I left no message because no business announcement was recorded.. First sign of unprofessionalism. Tried an hour later and a woman picks up the phone saying "Yes Hello". Second sign of unprofessionalism. So I placed an order with her stating that Id like for the delivery to be done same day. She said she should be able to and that their drivers stopped at 7pm. However she said their store was waiting on the roses to get there from the airport and she wasnt sure what kind of roses she would have. She would call and let me know once they arrived. As hours ticked away didnt hear anything until I called them around 5pm and asked for her at which time a man answers saying shell be back in 15 minutes and shell give me a call to confirm the order. Another hour goes by and never heard from her. So now 6pm and day almost over still no call so I decided to call one last time. The man answers and puts the woman on the phone and their line disconnects at which point I gave up. They called back about 6:20pm saying the flowers finally made it to the store from the airport at which point the work day was pretty much done. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their professionalism and didnt know if I wanted to use their services anymore. The woman rudely says to me "LOOK IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU ORDER WITH US OR SOMEONE ELSE. DO YOU STILL WANT THE ORDER OR NOT?". I simply hung the phone up. My fiance didnt get the roses that day thanks to them.

I had a last minute need for a gift for someone very special... Ordered a large bouquet of flowers, including a singing balloon, which I had never even heard of before -- it actually sings a song upon tapping it! I also ordered a large box of chocolates. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and throughout the whole ordeal, the person taking the order was incredibly courteous. Their prices, more than reasonable. The best flower shop in South Beach/Miami Beach!

Ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend on our anniversary. Upon calling, I was immediately pleased with their willingness to help me -- offering last minute Sunday delivery and a picture of the arrangement sent to my phone. My girlfriend loved the flowers and raved about how long they lasted... I will definitely shop at this florist from now on. Full recommended! A+++

I went on their website at night on 8/12 to order flowers for my girl on 8/13. When I spoke to her the next day she had not received them so I called and it went to a voicemail that said they were closed until 8/21. How UNPROFESSIONAL of this company to leave their website active and able to take money for deliveries that they have no intentions of fulfilling.

Took two days to deliver. $100+ later and its a little bouquet and nothing like the pictures on the site. I also paid for chocolates and of course those never showed up with the delivery. DO NOT USE if youre looking to impress someone or surprise them.
