DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Florist/Owner of Surf Florist, Miami Beach Flowers and Bel Harbour Flowers-Chaim Casper, forgot our wedding flowers on our special day November 5th. We even confirmed a week before with the owner and he said "no need to re confirm". Called on Saturday but the shop is closed (whos closed on a Saturday?)...no one to call. No flowers for the wedding...disaster! Only offered us $100 credit. Wedding ruined! Apparently He contracted our wedding flowers out to another florist and did not tell us. Incredibly un-professional since hes been in the business over 30 years. Here the owners exact world from his email. Chaim Casper-president: " I wish to emphasize that I cannot apologize enough to you and your spouse.   We dropped the ball, pure and simple, a regretful screw up on our part.  People can and do make mistakes, and this was a big mistake on our part. I realize this was a terrible.  I am willing to continue our discussion only on the condition that absolutely no lawyer or other legal professional may see my comments and correspondence to you.   This is solely a private conversation between you and me. May I offer you a $100 credit (plus the delivery and tax) towards a floral purchase." C. Clark Wichita, Kansas

Person on the phone I am assuming manager or owner took an extra step to deliver flowers the same day even though it was already 5:30 pm without charging an arm and a leg for the delivery and flowers. That is what is called service.
