have ordered flowers from them multiple times and the most recent time had an issue when they delivered a bouquet with the wrong (cheaper) flowers for my friends birthday. Their only attempt to fix the issue (after a week of calls and negotiating and them saying they will call me back, but never did) was by demanding the flower recipient (my friend who is General Manager of a local hotel) return the bouquet of flowers (!) and only then would they replace the bouquet. I gently reminded them that they might prefer to give a partial refund or credit to me to avoid a local hotel knowing that not only did they screw up a pretty simple order, but their solution to fix it was even more ridiculous. They didnt care and only offered me a $37 credit on a $100 order. Now all my colleagues in South Beach hotels will know, and judging from the other awful reviews, everyone will probably have a similar story to tell. Too bad- pretty flowers, but horrible service :(

As an Interior Designer, I can attest to the fact that Pistils&Petals employs the most experienced and talented group of floral designers and event planners I have seen. I serve a luxury residential and hospitality market and always feel confident working with Pistils&Petals, as we share the same design sensibility. They have always gone above and beyond to ensure quality product and service. I was surprised to see comments about their high prices, as I have been through a few florists already and know that in this town you get what you pay for! Also, the fact that they have been around for more than 10 yrs. should say something about their work...just ask anyone in Miami...they have an amazing reputation!

After waiting for 7 minutes and still not being greeted, the women behind the counter finally decided to help me. Over priced succulents, rude employees, and made up prices! I didnt want to leave empty handed so I picked out a $10 succulent, a $13 pot and proceeded to the counter. They didnt even offer to plant the succulent in the pot, so I asked and was charged $12 for them to put it in the pot which took 15 seconds. $35 for a succulent that is smaller than my hand, 30 minutes of my life, and rude people. I will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I ordered flowers online for my friends wedding day and they failed to deliver them. I had to make an urgent order and they then agreed to deliver that day. They later changed their mind and said they would deliver the day after. Awful. Dont go near the place.

I ordered 40 red roses for my wifes 40th birthday. We had an awesome arrangement of red roses, orchids and other greens delivered to the restaurant waiting for us. I was worried about whether the arrangement would be delivered, but everything was perfect. Order with confidence.

Could they be more rude? Customer service appalling. In a business which sells a luxury, you at least want to feel like you are acknowledged. The people I dealt with made me feel like I was annoying them. I went elsewhere.
