SIMPLY AWFUL. Worst florist experience EVER. I should have heeded Brandons review from 5 years ago, he was correct in everything he wrote!!! My wife & I needed a sympathy bouquet for the passing of a very close friend in Pittsburgh and decided to use a local florist that was part of the FTD network and offered a guarantee. We thought, well ensure timely delivery and give a local Burgh business some support. MISTAKE. We ordered a tulip arrangement "The FTD® Bright Lights Bouquet" and selected the "Best" option (i.e. most expensive). $82.99 +delivery and tax for a total of $99.50. Double the price of FTD internet sites, but again were supporting a small business, in her hometown, so we felt good. And of course we wanted to honor the memory of her dear friend with the nicest floral arrangement we could get. WRONG. Check the picture, does that look like an almost $100 arrangement? If you said "Nope," youre right. It barley looks like their "Good" offer, check their website for yourself. It was delivered Sat (4/11) and by Mon AM (4/13) four tulips were dead!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So, of course, upon hearing & seeing how dreadful the arrangement turned out, my wife promptly called the florist first thing Monday morning to follow up on their guarantee. Surely, the owner/manager upon learning of a disatisfied customer would honor their statement: "Please notify us within 24 hours if you are not satisfied with your order. We will work with you to find a solution to the problem." WRONG AGAIN. The owner not only refused to look at the picture, but refused to work toward any "solution to the problem." On top of that, she was rude and claimed my wife knew nothing about tulips, unlike the owner with 20 years experience. My wife closed the conversation with, "Let me get this straight, youve insulted me, youre refusing to look at the photograph of the flowers and could care less that Im going to give a negative review. Basically, you refuse to help me in any way???" and the response from the owner, "I dont care if you post your review across the whole country...I dont need to see the arrangement, because I made the arrangement and theres nothing to fix." WOW! The arrogance left my wife stunned. So Allison Park Flowers, thanks for ruining our sympathy bouquet gesture, embarrassing my family and then refusing to make it right.

I ignored the reviews and went with this florist and felt like I owed it to write about my experience. I called this place the day of my wifes bday (in the AM) told the owner what I was looking for - and my price range. When I arrived to pick it up everything was beautiful - she was very friendly - and I felt like I got a lot for my moneys worth. Overall I honestly could not have had a better experience. And my Wife absolutely loved the flowers.

Ordered from them and am really disappointed. I upgraded to the premium selection of what the website showed. Not only was what I received not upgraded, it wasnt even as nice as the basic. When I called to complain I was told the website showed the premium flowers even though it clearly states otherwise. Additionally I was told that the 100% satisfaction guarantee they list is also fictitious. Do not do business with them.

Called to request a mixed bouquet of fall flowers for my wifes birthday. I picked up the beautiful bouquet 20 minutes later. The woman who took my order was very friendly and I am very pleased with the quick service. I had called another store that "was closed today to service several events." Im glad I went here instead, and have found my new flower shop.

Making Scents

This is a review about the customer service i received. I hated dealing with this florist. Rude owner moaned the whole time while taking the order. Was angry because the card message was a bit longer than usual. I actually cant believe there poor attitude and service. Hope the flowers arrive fresh or i will be writing another review.
