Great for flowers, but good luck getting off of their email mailing list. I ordered flowers from Judith for a funeral in Florida. I live in a different state and while the flowers Im sure were beautiful, I will probably never use them again simply due to the circumstances under which I used them initially. Even if I do need them again I certainly do not need to receive their email ad every few weeks until that day. I have tried over 10 times to select the unsubscribe button, only to be taken to their webpage with no option to unsubscribe. Ive tried several times to call both the local and 800 numbers listed, both seem to go to the same location where a person answers who speaks broken English and takes my email address, says theyll take me off the list and then they dont and I still receive emails. Shouldnt be as big of a deal to unsubscribe to something as this has become. And I am not one for writing reviews of any kind, good or bad.....but my frustration level with something so small has grown so substantially that I had to post. While the flowers I and initial experience I would rate at a 4 (even though I never saw the flowers), everything since then: the customer service and frustration that I have experienced with the repeated emails, no option or help to unsubscribe, and lack of customer service is a 1, so I compromised at a 2.

I called the flower shop yesterday and was told they couldnt deliver to any business but that I could place my order and pick them up in the morning so i did. I went in this morning and someone had voided out my order on their sheet so It wasnt made but the guy told me that they would make it for me. I waited and they came out with this HORRIBLE arrangement of flowers, nothing near what I had ordered. I told the lady that isn;t what I ordered and showed her a picture of what its suppose to look like and so they sis OK they would make it. I waited again and all she did was add a couple of more ugly flowers. I said thats not my order, She was like I don;t have anymore flowers this is all I have. I was like well why was I told that I could place my order and that It would be ready, she was like but I didnt charge your card so. I was like because I didnt give you my card info, I choose the pay at store option. Long story short I was trying to do my son a favor and they completely ruined his Valentines Day Surprise. I will never ever try to purchase anything from this florist ever again!!!! People Beware of the way they conduct business, Its very unprofessional!!!!!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do yourself a favor and find another florist who cares about the reputation of their business. I called and placed my order directly with the "designer". I made sure they had what I wanted in stock and that they could deliver that day. I explained my sister was having breast cancer surgery and that I wanted to surprise her with the Rose Medley and that I wanted exactly like in the picture (mostly pink and white roses in a pink vase). Well my sister finally received the delivery THE NEXT DAY and sent me a picture. I so wish I could post pictures of what I ordered and what was received for you to judge on on your own. It looked nothing like the picture. No pink vase either. She got a clear cheap vase with pink water. I called and spoke to who may have been the owner herself and I got nowhere. Made a million excuses. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt after reading all the negative comments on here but I guess I ended up being just another DISSATISFIED customer. If you want your flowers to be special, just order elsewhere. Good luck!

When I ordered what I wanted I was on the phone with guy telling him exactly what i wanted, made it specific told him number, name etc. The guy was hard to understand on top of that. So I ordered a corsage and boutonnière for my prom two weeks in advance so I wouldnt have to run into delivery issues. Came a day before the day I asked them for which was no big deal. When I opened it majority of the corsage was FAKE, had one little tiny flower which was about dead and on top of that does NOT look like what I order ONE BIT. I looked through the whole website seeing maybe we got the number wrong and ordered the wrong one on accident..NOPE. None of them looked like what I got. And on top of that, I never got my bf boutonniere, ended up getting two corsages. This place is over priced, unorganized, and scammers. I am an easy going person and I dont like to hate on people or companies but worst experience ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

Worst costumer service ever!!! Even worse I was dealing with JUDITH "the owner" I was trying to prompt a little help in determining a type of bouquet when the line went silent... not dead but silent... "hello... hello" no answer. I waited a few minutes thinking maybe she got a walk in customer and forgot to let me know to hold on. So I hung up and called back... "hi I think we got disconnected" and she says, "no you didnt know what you want so I give you time".... Um ok. So how much is half a dozen roses (I was going to mix with lollies and orchids)... she says 45 dollars. "45 dollars for half a dozen?!?!?" She says "No 30 for 1/2 dozen" to clarify I say "ok so 30 for 1/2 dozen of roses?" This time I hear the phone being put down on the counter and the went silent. Not dead silent. This upset I hang up and call back with absolutely no answer. Worst experience ever. Ive never been treated so rude.

My wife was having a bad day today and I wanted to cheer her up. I called another big chain flower shop at 1:50pm and asked if they could deliver flowers by 3:30pm They said that it was not possible. So I searched Google and found Flowers By Judith. I called her shop at 2:11pm. I asked if she could deliver flowers by 3:30pm. My wife works near by her shop and she said it would be no problem. I had no idea what I wanted as far as flowers went, so I just told her to make something nice :) The price was VERY reasonable. I was expecting to pay a lot but that was not the case at all. The flowers were delivered to my wife at about 3:32pm and she LOVED THEM. She sent me a picture and I couldnt believe how nice they looked for what I paid. Flowers By Judith did an amazing job and I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend going with Judith if you want good quality flower arrangements at good prices.

My experience happened this past valentines. I was getting my car serviced and decided to take a 20 minute walk to the florist. There was a customer ahead of me that took 30 minutes placing their order. I then spent another 30 clarifying the 2 dozen roses I wanted delivered on Valentines (2 days later). Come Valentines, I call at 3 pm to get an ETA. They said the driver would be there by 5pm. Driver never showed, no call no answer. The next day they were extremely casual about the whole incident. This shop is extremely close to me. However, I avoid them and drive 15 minutes out of my way to Field of Flowers. I am writing this because I may be force to call their shop again. Should it be an equally poor experience, I dont want to appear judgmental in my review.
