I placed an order on Saturday via their website for a throw and flowers for a friends grandfathers funeral. I wanted them delivered on Sunday for the viewing. The website allowed the order to go through and I received a confirmation number. My husband and I showed up at the viewing Sunday evening and were shocked that our purchase was not there. I called Herman Heyl Florist first thing Monday and they said that they were closed on Sundays, so theyd send it over today to the funeral home. I asked them why the website allowed that date for a delivery date then? She just kept saying "we are closed on Sundays" Finally, I believe a manager came on. She eventually agreed to give me a $25 credit for my troubles. I told them they really need to fix their website, so that other people dont go through the same thing. I would definitely hesitate to order from here again.

Proflowers used them to deliver flowers for me. They were 1/3 the size they were supposed to be and didnt include half of the flowers. IN order to make the bouquet look like it was proportional to the picture from proflowers, THEY USED BABY ROSES. These people should be run out of business. I disputed the charges which is almost impossible with Proflowers (never shopping there again) and , thankfully am disputing with my credit card company. I may even take them to court just so they dont get away with this crap. Everyone in the area hates them. When I told them who fulfilled my order, everyone knew right away who they were and that they had a really bad name. DO NOT BUY From these people. Run them out of town.

I received an unbelievably wonderful bouquet of flowers for mothers day very very surprised, and if the flower that stood out was the big fat yellow daylilies. Theyre still here. This is from mother before mothers day. Theyre still alive on my table here. I had to throw away the irises and the miniature roses, but it was an outstanding bouquet. They had done a very very good good job, and I was very tickled. Thank you very much.

My daughter sent me flowers which she always does from Chicago to here in South Park.We are really happy with the flowers, and we would like to continue to have the same in the future because we have some other places that she has delivered cause she sent me flowers at least 4-5 times a year and we were really happy with terreman florist. Thank you very much.

I recently tried to order flowers over their website for my wife while I am deployed. It took me several tries to get the order to go thew, then come to find out the order was never processed. So as a word of advise if you are going to order flowers from them either call or go right to the shop. Better yet go somewhere else to get them.

The flowers you sent for our chapel were so gorgeous and the flowers you donated for Sister Monique’s 70th year in religious life were lovely in the center of the table at the celebration lunch. Herman, The garden plug that you sent has the same flying angel with her trumpet as a carved wooden one and a painted one in my living room. It is beautiful and is by the pond Vie made for me. Thank you so very much

First delivery came with multiple broken flower stems. After a phone call, it was replaced with an arrangement less than half the size. Not cool.

I have visited this florist on a few occasions and their bouquets are always beautiful and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful as well.
