What a place this florist is. I just got married a week and a half ago and since my now wife has been working in north hills for the past year I was getting flowers before and after for her from Flowerama. Patti the owner, Kim, and Tara are incredible. I would go in to get great and long lasting flowers and they would always have suggestions and when we decided to put plans together for our wedding we knew flowerama was the place. Patti sat down with us and made our lives very easy with telling us about certain parts of the wedding where we would need flowers and what was best for us. When we asked about getting "rainbow roses" for the wedding, there was not even a hesitation of no problem we will get you whatever you want. Even after the wedding ended when I went into the flower shop they treated me like family and more concerned how the wedding was and wanted to see pictures not worried about was I there to buy more flowers (which I did). Great place with great ladies and my wife and I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone and anyone.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! For every special occasion in my life, Flowerama has been there. From corsages for my high school dances, beautiful centerpieces at my graduation party, more beautiful centerpieces and a bouquet for my sons baby shower, a meaningful keepsake for my grandmother to cherish after the passing of my grandfather, and my wedding flowers, they never disappoint. The huge selection paired with the beautiful artistry of the employees is nothing but extraordinary. Not only are the flowers always beautiful and unique, they last longer than flowers Ive received from other florists. The quality of the flowers is matched with the quality of the employees. They take the time to listen to the customers needs and create something that they will love. I cant say enough great things about them! If your someone who wants beautiful, quality flowers with a great customer service experience, then I suggest you look no further than Flowerama! You will not be disappointed!

My husband bought me flowers for our anniversary in January then prepaid for a bouquet for Valentines Day. We followed the proper steps (ie. made a fresh cut, added flower food, water etc) and yet the flowers were dried out and dead within 48 hours. On Valentines day we had a little bit of snow and yet they called to say that they wouldnt make any deliveries that day and did he want them to redeliver another day or just pick them up. When he went in they said that the particular bouquet didnt arrive in their shipment: something they neglected to say over the phone. He picked out another bouquet and we did the same steps as in January. Dead flowers 48 hours later. He paid extra to go through a florist rather than just a grocery store or to order online and yet we received poor quality and bad customer service.

I have had prior good experiences from Flowerama, but nothing compared to the incredible work and creativity I recently received. After my Grandmother passed, my brothers and I wanted a beautiful, unique arrangement. I went to the shop and described my vision, my likes and dislikes and even had the pleasure of being presented with the most beautiful Victorian-esque double roses Ive ever seen! I left the shop with my fingers crossed that they would deliver what I had in my mind. My expectations were exceeded when I saw the arrangement at the funeral home. I was literally floored! Amazing designers, shop and fair. I will never go anywhere else!!

I recently purchased a flower arrangment (of which there were MANY to choose from) over the internet. The recipient told me that they were absolutely gorgeous. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars is because while the flowers were supposed to be delivered on a Monday, they called me on Tuesday to let me know somehow they missed the order. They removed the delivery fee and delivered them on Tuesday. Overall still a very good experience... close to perfect.

I was looking for someplace close by that would allow me to buy fresh flowers so I could make my own arrangements at home. The staff was very accommodating and allowed me to go in the freezer and peruse their inventory. As you can see from the photos, everything was gorgeous and fresh that I picked out. The staff even took my phone number to follow up with me about a specific flower I wanted. I think I found my new flower shop!

Can I give 0 stars?!?!?! Called to get some prices for flower arrangements for a shower and not only did I not get to explain what I was looking for. I was told that they were far too busy to accomodate what ever I could possibly need right now and to call somewhere else. They promptly hung up on me! What the hell?!?!? How unprofessional? Forget how their flowers turn out, they dot even want any business. Waht a joke!

Tara was wonderful but no longer works at Flowerama. Her artistry was beyond beautiful. However recently when I called to place a delivery order the woman made me feel like an idiot. She was not business friendly and seemed like she just wanted all my money. Was not accommodating what so ever. I was going to order my flowers from here for my wedding but this woman completely turned me away.

Love this place!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a wide range of flowers and plants. The first time I went there, I got a beautiful violet rose and it lasted almost 10days!! Flowers that I got from somewhere else were dried out in 3-4days.

What a wonderful shop. Open until 7 pm on weekdays for those of us busy during work hours. Got a beautiful bouquet of hard to find flowers fresh from their cooler. Location is an easy, short drive from the city.
