I wish I could give this place negative stars. I tried stopping by today to get my wife something for her birthday. I walk through the door and Im greeted by a loud bell. So Im thinking ok just a matter of minutes before Im helped since someone has to know Im there at that point. Nope, I thought wrong. 10 minutes go by without so much as a hello or an ill be right with you. Not even someone poking their head out the door to at least let me know theres someone there. I start browsing through the catalog on the counter and then start pacing while waiting to be acknowledged. 20 minutes go by and still nothing. Finally I walk over to the door that says employees only where for the next five minutes I get to watch the employee clean his shoes. Kneeled down cleaning his shoes in the back. I stand there watching this for a few more minutes before walking out shaking my head in disgust at such poor service. Not only is this place unprofessional, they have the worst customer service Ive ever seen. I would recommend everyone take their time and money literally anywhere else. Who even knows if the employee cleaned his hands after that before working on something else. I dont trust them at this point plain and simple. I hope the manager reads this and fires the idiot dragging his business down. This happened today Sunday 12/6.

Yesterday 3/7/2017 at about 1:00pm I received a call from my security booth down stairs that I had a delivery. Soon after I went down to retrieve my delivery to my surprise my boyfriend had sent me a arrangement now, I have received many high quality arrangements from you guys so per usual I signed and proceeded back to work. Once I got upstairs I noticed the arrangement was a bit warm and appeared that the fruit were "melting". I didnt have the time to indulge in the dynamic of the order so I went back to work. At about 4:00pm I spoke to my excited boyfriend and let him know I received the delivery and he asked about the balloons (which I had not received) then I told him to never order from that store since the fruit were unsatisfactory. He immediately followed up with customer service to no prevail and was given the run around by the store who could only offer him a refund for the balloons I had not received not even a apology!! The manager we spoke to made us feel like liars!

Absolute horrible experience. I placed an order online for pick up of an arrangement on Mothers Day. I then found out that my mom was not going to be home at all that day, so I called to cancel it soon after. The lady told me that the order was successfully cancelled and I wont be charged. Needless to say, I look at my bank statement a couple days later and see the transaction there! I called the store and the lady told me that shell have the manager contact me because she cant process refunds. Two days pass, no call. I call again today, and now its a different lady saying that there isnt much that they could do because I dont know the name of the lady that spoke to me Sunday! Are you freaking kidding me?! Then the lady had the nerve to offer me some store credit. I asked to speak to the manager, she has no idea when shes coming in. I called corporate. Hopefully they could resolve this issue.

So I ordered a birthday bouquet for my mother in laws 92nd birthday and the fruits thats was delivered was was not what I ordered but they was ROTTEN THEY SMELLED GROSS the chocolate was melted and they fruits has holes just spoiled I called the location and the sales Rep that works there stated that they have been receiving a lot of calls for rotten fruits etc the manager was not in and that she would return my call the next day however that was 7 days ago I immediately contacted the corporate number and they stated per policy the store has 48 hours to respond to a claim the nerve of the store stated they re delivered another basket ugh NeGative... so PLEASE DO NOT EVERRRRR ORDER FROM THIS PLACE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL MAKE A PERSONAL VISIT FOR MY REFUND!!!

Their service is horrible. First they sent us the wrong arrangement. I been calling since Monday trying to resolve it and been unable to reach them. Been on hold for 45 mins each time with a recording after the second ring and then on a silent hold. I called the customer service call center # which they spoke to the manager and redeliver the arrangement. Right arrangement but wrong size. Definitely disappointed because when I called again to try to let them know no answer. Do they even have a phone to speak to customers? Definitely ripping people off!!! If I order something based on a picture and what a representative tells me thats what I expect because these arrangements are not cheap. Will not recommend this location to anyone.

I placed an order that should have been delivered to my mother yesterday before 9pm. The order never arrived. I also never received a phone call from the store or the driver that my order wouldnt be delivered. I expect a company that mostly deals with deliveries to be punctual regarding the time and date of deliveries. When I called the store to find out where my delivery was, first they stated that the manager was too busy to check my order status or speak to me. Then I called back a few hours later and they left me on hold for over 10 minutes. Im still holding......... This was an all around bad experience and I would not be doing business here again.

My girlfriend ordered a gift basket for my mother for mothers day. $80... Which was to be delivered on sunday for mothers day... It did not get delivered. After a LONG LONG wait yesterday we were able to talk to them, they said it would be delivered yesterday, and nothing... Today it shows as "out for delivery" but my mother is gone by now, we do not want it anymore, as a gift two days late, is dropping the ball and looking like you dont care or took the time to do anything... And they are saying "well yeah we have high volume of orders" Then dont take them! Ive been on hold for 20 minutes now, as I want a refund, but of course no one picks up.

Today is my boyfriend and Is 2-year anniversary. I orders a heart shaped box of a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and 2 balloons to be delivered to his job in the City of Miami Beach. The order was WRONG!!!! It came in a regular box, which didnt bother me so much as the fact that there were 4 strawberries missing! So it came in a square box with only 8 inside! I mean did the driver eat the other 4? Theres not even an arrangement with just 4. Im very upset because I spent $70 and I was expecting something nice, as Edible Arrangements ALWAYS does. This store needs to get it together. Terrible service!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE.
