NOT HONEST!!! We made an order leaving a certain degree of "freedom" (as suggested by the florist) only to find out they completely exploited the opportunity to rip us off with a completely astronomically expensive little arrangement (USD 700 aprox.) . Of course, they did not check if this would have been ok since they already had the credit card details, so there was no way back as they charged it before we even noticed! I have never come across such a dishonest business, that takes advantage of the trust of the customers, dont really think they have many recurrent customers in fact, certainly would NOT recommend it to anyone with a bit of self-esteem. the piece of work was ok, maybe worth USD 100- 150 in another place...

As a business owner myself, I am always so disappointed by the level to which good old fashioned customer service has slid. Today I was reminded what its truly a all about. One on one interactions and the owner creating a collaborative flower buying experience. Not just a transaction. Nick, the owner, has restored my faith that there are businesses out there that still care to cater to customers like me. On top of it all, the most beautiful selection of tulips I have ever seen outside of Holland. Support these great folks. You deserve to be treated to the experience.

My name is Brian and I have ordered flowers from J&V 5 times in the past two years. Florists are artists in their now right, and good artists know they are good. Ive never had such amazing flowers delivered. The nicest roses Ive ever purchased. I agree the customer process could be better but thats like saying you went to a madonna concert and your upset because she got on stage 20 minutes late! Who cares if the show is good or in this case the flowers are great, then Im happy. And I could not be happier.

RUDE!! OVERPRICED ROTTEN FLOWERS!! Rotten old smelly flowers, wrong arrangement, overpriced. The flowers arrived with rotting smell and edges and didnt last even 12 hours and my complaint was completely dismissed in extremely rude manner. Ive bought those horrible dyed looking flowers at Publix across the street that were fresher and lasted longer.
