I was delivered flowers ordered for me by my parents that arrived already terribly wilted. The buds were already touching the sides of the vase when they were delivered. I called the company to let them know and they told me they would look into it. But when they called me back they told me that I could come pick up another arrangement of anything but roses or tulips. My mother definitely spent the time picking out that arrangement for me and was sorely disappointed that that was the response to their failure to deliver. I mean to just tell me that I can come pick out one of their leftover Valentines Day rejects that doesnt have equal monetary or sentimental value, as if they were doing me a favor, doesnt really cut it at all. The fact that my parents definitely paid for the delivery of fresh flowers and the fact that the delivery driver dropped off the flowers looking that way makes me unable to understand their response.

I called this company last week and ask them for a delivery on saturday because they dont work on Sundays and they told me that if i need the flowers for Sunday they will open on Sunday just to send my flowers. Flowers was very fresh and they told me that if i dont like it they change the flowers without adding any extra cost. The price is not an option at that florist, because they fix the price to your budget and they give you any discount you need to take the flowers. I cant finish without saying that i receive more that what i paid for as they told me. Thank you guys.

Called The Flower Choice from out of state. I needed to order flowers for a friends funeral service. They were very patient and explained in detail my options & gave me my best arrangement for my price range. Im extremely happy with the outcome & their service. The owner went the extra mile to prepare my bouquet, floral headband, and the rest of the flowers we needed for my wedding day. I had been very busy with the other preparations that I had forgotten to order the flowers. She was so awesome to help me! She stayed open after hours, she worked very hard, she made the most beautiful floral arrangements for the wedding at an really affordable price.
