Went to this bike shop and bought a tube for my bike. When I got home I was able to install the new tube. I dont think I installed it correctly and when filling it up it exploded. Went back to the bike shop and wanted to buy a couple of more tubes. I asked for help installing a new one and didnt think it would be an issue since I was currently the only costumer. One of the employees turned to the other one and asked him if he wanted to assist me. The other technician said no and walked to the wall and grabbed a bike down and said he had to finish repairing that bike and asked me if I wanted to wait an hour. I couldnt believe that being the only customer and there being two technicians that would be able to help neither of them wanted to assist in taking the 5-10 mins to help me throw on a new tube so Id be able to go ride. I told the guy no I wouldnt want to wait an hour. They lost the sale of two tubes plus the cost of the repairs. Wont be going back to that bike shop. Buying the tubes off of Amazon..

Took my bike here to get a part installed, explained what I wanted to the worker, after a little while picked up my bike, loaded in my truck and took it out on a trail. As soon as I started riding I realized they installed a wrong part. Came back to the shop, explained they installed a wrong part and its not what I ordered. Any other shop would replace the part and appoligize for their mistake, but these guys were extremely rude, blamed me for not checking before I picked up the bike, tried to convince me to buy the part again, which shouldve been done in the first place. These guys really dont care about customer service or customer satisfaction. Made a mistake coming here, wasted my time and lost money. Will stick to other shops Ive dealt with in midtown and fair oaks. I will never come here again.

This place is a joke. Had my bmx cruiser built after Christmas. Didnt finish it because "the bolt was not long enough for the brake caliper" Turns out that they didnt look inside the box where there was another longer bolt. Just called about a freewheel for another bmx cruiser, an ACS brand and the kid was like I never heard of that brand. Are you serious? He names off a few brands the hes looking at and then says, "I dont think it matters what brand it is. They are all the same." I dont know about you but I think these kids are there to get work experience for High School. They only reason this bike shop hasnt taken a dive yet is,its saving grace, the bike trail. Its just down the street. If your the owner reading this, you gave up a long time ago. At least you have tubes.

These guys really helped me out. My bike was vandalized at CSUS (someone tried to steal it and broke the frame and back rim). The bike is a Felt, full carbon, and not cheap. These guys got me a brand new Felt F1 frame $600 cheaper than the MSRP, and they moved all my parts from my old bike for $100. They also got me a set if rims that are lighter than my current rims for a good price. All in all, great deal. The tech seems like a cool guy. I talked to him about bikes for a bit. The owner is super responsive. Always answers the phone and address questions in lay terms.

Rick was awesome! He fixed my bike up super fast and answered multiple questions I had. He took the time to make sure I understood how to use a specialty pump for my tires and gave me loads of information on what to plan for in case of emergencys while traveling to and from work . ( 40 mile trip) Thank goodness he did because Ive used all of it in that last few weeks. The prices are REALLY reasonable and over all was a great experience. I highly recommend this store for new riders or more competent ones. I will be going back here for any of my bike needs from now on.

Every time I come here I have a great experience. All bike maintenance and services they offer for a very low price. One time I even forgot my wallet and they were okay with me running home to go get it (with my bike with them as collateral). Performance Bicycle on sunrise always has a month long waiting period, and I found that Bike Pros USA can always work on my bike on the spot, no appointment needed, as well as providing the best prices. I dont care if anyone else leaves a bad review, I know from my personal experience that this is a great shop.

The best service! The employee’s are simply amazing and willing to help, without putting any pressure on you at all when it comes time to buy. If they dont have something you need, they get it for you...fast. The service people are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain everything to you without making you feel ignorant, unlike a few other shops in town. Their work is top-notch. And of course, they have a huge selection of kick ass bikes, parts, accessories, and clothing.

Bike Pros USA provided excellent customer service today. My bike locked up on me while on American River Bike trail today. The very nice gentleman at the bike shop was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fixed it within 1 minute of arriving. Didnt even charge me. Also the owner was able to answer questions to assist me in choosing my next bike for a future purchase consideration. Enjoyed experience. Very professional. My girlfriend and I went to the store for the first time to find two new saddles for our hardtail bikes. This place was awesome they had the perfect saddle for both of us and we also got two bike shorts and pedals. The staff there was awesome they put on our new seats and helped us get them dialed in for the perfect set up. I had a great experience here and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bike Pros usa is a great independent bike shop with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Besides having a nice selection of bikes for sale, they also have an experienced team of bike pros available for repairs. They have been great in helping me get my bikes back on the road and keeping them in good shape for fun rides along the American River Biketrail and my commute to work.

Rick and Rick are the best!! Awesome bike shop with the best service and great products. You will get the attention only a small local bike shop can give, and thats the way it should be. You wont find that with the big box shops or on-line. Its also a perfect location to start a ride on the American River Bike Trail. Check them out...you will NOT be disappointed!

Initially, I went to a reputable local bike shop, but they were asking $176 to fix my bike. Bike Pros charged $100 and they replaced vital parts-- overnight. Im thrilled; and feel as if I have a whole new bike that is working better than ever! They also sell a Folding bike I may purchase as the tune-ups are free for 2 years, and its a beautiful bike.
