I agree that there is no rating low enough for this place. I went with my 12 year son to get a rear bike rack. My son had saved up just to get a bike rack. I explained the type of bike my son had and showed the clerk a picture. The clerk sold my son a "universal" bike rack. It comes without instructions and I had great difficulty trying to install it (I am mechanically handy, so that wasnt the problem). I called the store several times to seek advice. I was told twice that someone would call me back and I was suddenly informed the rack was not returnable. I have tried to find the same rack on the internet in hopes of finding magical instructions, but to no avail. There isnt anything even close. After managing to secure the rack to the bike, we discovered that my sons bike was a style that couldnt have a bike rack because of the shock system (which was blatently apparent in the pictures I showed the clerk). I have since tried installing the rack on two other bikes without success. There is no excuse for poor customer service and immoral to sell a child something just because you can. I have no idea how they stay in business.

I took my bike in to check a slow leak. The owner, Roe, told me to come back in 20 minutes. The place was totally empty and dirty with an incredibly annoying buzzer at the front door. When I came back he charged me $27. When I questioned him about it he said the tube was $10.99 and the labor was the rest. I called the Sunshine Bicycle Center and they said their charge was 6.99 for the tube and 7.50 labor. I have the feeling it was because I am a woman he felt he could rip me off. Dont go there! There is no star rating low enough.

Shop owner Roman is a quiet person. He is very knowlegeable in his field. Honest and very helpful. Great service....he tells you like it is, no sugar-coating you to buy. You asked questions hell answer. I wouldnt go anywhere else but Bike Center! I had my bike tune-up there and it is done perfectly. Bike Center is very spacious and he also sells skateboard and bike repair. Thank you Roman keep up the work. Bruce

Terrible place dirty and there are human feces scattered in the bathroom. I dont recommend this place unless youre gonna cite it.
