The owner and the staff there are always helpful and knowledgable. Whenever I bring my bike in for any reason they always take the time to look at it and fix it right away if its not something that takes too long. No matter what I take it in for they go over the whole bike to make sure everything is working properly and advise me if something should be replaced or repaired. I love riding more now that my bike performs as well as it should. I am very glad I happened to come across this store. Any parts needed or any new bike will be purchased from Stray Dog Bicycles.

You know I understand you know your trade. but when someone calls your bike shop and youre already rude to said caller after they asked a question politely. Dont you think that will leave a bad taste in there mouth? Not only that but dropped of my bike Monday said it would be ready next Monday they would give me a call on said monday never called me on said monday. So decide to call Tuesday and i get a rude kid. A dose of kindness gos a long way. Guess thats why the shop is called stray dogs since no family would adopt a rude lil disrespect dog.

I have purchase two bicycles from Sharp over the years. This is an owner/operator store - not like other stores where the owner is off doing something else while the customers get shoddy service or incomplete answers from kids working in the store. The combined experience is here is great - they will fix you up giving you straight answers all the way through. Best of all they feature Specialized bikes and accessories - the best out there IMHO. Give then a look at their new location.

Great customer service. I was riding my bike in the neighborhood and was experiencing some rubbing on my break pads so stopped by (I had recently replaced them myself and was afraid I had messed them up). The wheel quick-release just needed a little tightening, which they did right there on the spot. Tightened up the handlebars while they were at it. Bike is running like new. Im planning to upgrade my road bikes group-set next year and they will be the first shop I call.

This place just has a really good neighborhood bike shop feel. Most of the time when I go in the owner is there himself, which I always like to see. Theyre willing to make the effort to get you what you want, and they didnt gouge me on price. I felt they were willing to put way more effort in for my business than other shops. Great place where I will continue to take my business.

Jeff and crew are always very friendly and helpful. They have gone the extra mile for me on several occasions for repairs and parts. I love that they stock great bike parts, I just bought my kids bikes there and they helped me customize the bikes to what would work best for my kids! Big thumbs up!
