I have been to this shop numerous times. Only reason why I have been back these several times is because this is the only bike shop anywhere near me that has a fairly large selection of bmx parts. To be honest the owner, male individual appears to have a chip on his shoulder, kind of just stands there, does not appear to have any enthusiasm about what he is doing. He give the impression of being conceited. I prefer to take my business from now on to Patriot bicycles, at least there they are friendly and enthusiastic.

favorite all time bicycle shop. Quality brand bikes but what I go there for is parts. They never, not once in roughly 12 years(2 locations) have they ever tried to overcharge me. More times than I can count they had that frame dropout or some random piece I needed. The other guys charge more IF they happen to have what you need. Go here buy a bike since a decade later support is real to keep your bike rolling. Never seen a hard sell either, just good goo thanks elite and why are you closed on Sunday? Nvm

Do NOT go to this establishment to get bike repairs. I went there 3 times to have some spokes replaced on my (then newly-purchased) back rim, and every time spokes broke again ON THE NEXT DAY. Today I went to Performance Bike on Howe after the latest spoke incident.. The mechanic told me that the work at Elite did such bad work that they ruined A THREE-MONTH OLD rim! Im done with Elite-And took the hit so that you wouldnt have to. To repeat-DO NOT GIVE ELITE YOUR BUSINESS. You WILL regret it.

This place is great. They laced up a hub for me in a couple hours and helped me with hard to find parts. Tube prices are the cheapest in Sacramento area. They are not the most talkative people but they are not rude. They really helped me out when I was getting all my burning man bikes ready. I use them every year for all my bike parts for burning man. Thanks for the help Eric.

Totally unprofessional and unfriendly. This place is the worst. Will avoid at all costs. Try The Hub in Roseville for a much more pleasant experience. When asking about brakes for my sons bmx bike, the woman at the register was great, but the idiot behind the counter was rude, unfriendly, unwilling to spend 1 minute of his day to ensure a repeat customer. Will never return.

Very nice people amazing stock of parts on the Shelf I like to do my work myself on my bikes they did a little work on one of my bikes and I havent touched it ever since I like single-track downhilling theyve got bike parts invites for every type of riding so what Ive seen

Everytime I go there they help me out with the things I need done such as looking for parts and fixing whats messed up with my bike and the prices on things are the best I will never order parts online cause I could get screwed over and I know I wont there

Cheapest, most knowledgeable staff in the area and were eager to help me find what I needed. They also beat everybody elses price by $70 on a $300 bike. Not to mention a huge selection of BMX bikes.
