Went to this shop for the first time lastnight. Upon entering I couldnt figure out where to go for help as I did not see anyone that appeared to work there. After about a five to seven minute wait and wandering am less lbs round I found someone near a register and ask if he worked there he said no he had been waiting for some time now. After ten or so minutes a guy comes from the back and walks past ud on his phone. It wasnt till the other guy said something to him when he noticed him and tended to his needs answering every question with great knowlege. Finally after about 30 minutes it was my turn. I only need a chain and chain tool. It only took 1 minute to help me. So my point is if you have time to sit around until it is convenient for an employee to help you it is the best place to go. Loved it. Will definitely return. Today as a matter of fact thanks Josh for all your help.

if you dont mind helping yourself then buy from there, its performance so everythings the same price as online. the sales and staff are terrible for helping you out, they sit around on the phone or chatting about there latest road ride while you meander around. I would have probably spent another couple hundred bucks but couldnt get any help! I wonder who the manager is or the owner...because I would definitely clean house. Terrible!

I went to get a new bike and I was waiting for atleast 8 minutes ad they still havent helped us yet it is a very good store but the employees need to pay alot more attention to the customer instead of talking to a friend.

If it wasnt for Kevin I would never go to this store. But he is a great mechanic and I dont trust my bikes with anyone else. Otherwise, it is like every other big box store in America.
