From the moment I walked in the door the customer service was excellent! Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I went in for some new brake pads on a Sunday morning, hopeful that I would be able to ride later that morning. I had been having problems with my rear derailleur for a long time (skipping first four gears). They had a new rear rotor, brakes bled, new pads and derailleur adjusted...Perfect! I had a great ride later that day thanks to the folks at Town Center Bike & Tri...my new favorite bike shop. Special shout out to Justin and Josh - Thanks for the great work!

Very nice shop but we had a less than desirable experience when trying to purchase two new mountain bikes for our sons. One salesman said he could give us a discount if we bought two bikes, cash, then he was nowhere to be found and another salesperson said they could not do that. They were somewhat unorganized and entitled. We went to another bike shop in El Dorado hills and the owner took good care of us. We wont be back.
