The chain on my bike somehow got caught while I was riding and actually bent. I did a quick Google search and found Patriot Bicycles and saw they had ratings. I took it in on a Saturday for a tune up and new chain and he told me they might not have it done until Monday. They jumped right on it and actually had it done on Saturday. Its nice to see a business under promise and over deliver. I took it out today and it was perfect.

I called at the last minute before leaving on an extended vacation. I had mistakenly tried to attach the peddles to the wrong sides of a new bike and made a huge mess of the threads. (Who knew there is a left and a right peddle -- they looked the same to me!) They told me to come on down and fixed me up in no time while I waited and then only charged me $15. Excellent work and customer service!

Took in a set of tires I need for my wheelchair an was told 6 hours later that customers in store come first. That is like telling the paying customer you dont need your legs. I wont be bring anything here for repairs ever again... My $50 dollar job means less to them then a $1000 sale or being able to get myself around in my wheelchair.

Great staff to work with - very knowledgeable and no pressure sales tactics. My local dealer couldnt get the model I wanted because it was the end of the model year. They were willing to negotiate everything via email because I live 2.5 hours away. Offered me 25% off MSRP. Well worth the drive! Best bike buying experience Ive ever had.

Ive never wasted so much time. Called in prior to coming into the shop asking if they had a specific wheel I can buy.. the guy on the phone told me its going to cost $58. So I come in and they want me to buy a pair for double the price, refused to sell me the wheel alone. Aside from that the guy had a bad attitude.
