DO NOT EVER COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!! They didnt open until 11:45 when 11 is their advertised opening time. I came in looking to trade in some of my spare bicycle parts to get a deal on some newer bicycle parts. The guy working there, presumably the owner, had given me the option to choose a set of wheels to trade for my 4 sets of wheels, 6 good used tires, 2 sets of new handle bars and more misc parts.....and so i did. I chose a set and he stated that they were $140 and i told him his other employees said $80(i came in looking for the same set the other weekend). He then offered to find other wheels that would cost less. I advised that it would be best if he chose them out but he decided to insist on me choosing, and so again i did. I chose 3 other sets that were more expensive after one another even though 2 sets were new and the other two were used and missing bolts.(brands were ZF and golden states) I then sat down a set of wheels along with a set of handle bars and a chain to ask for a deal. He then calculates the subtotal of how much all the new parts were. It came to be around $260, which didnt make any sense because the handle bars and chain was only marked 45 and yet the used wheels were over $200!! I then stated "but you said the "new" wheels i chose were $140, how is that cheaper than used wheels? He then decided to change his mind and say, "NO! they were actually $240".. I LOST MY MIND! I told him straight up, "So your saying, that a set of new rims(no tube or tires) cost as much as your guys bikes you sell here... He then refrained from speaking up again. Thats when i knew he was shady and unethical with his pricing, time management and customer service. He then said, "you know what bro, this is my shop and i make the prices and deals, ill tell you what, i can do just the wheels and chain and you pay me $70 on top of all the parts. I refused and invited myself on coming back another time to speak with another employee Ive dealt with before(The other guys were cooler than he was) So dont deal with that older, bald dude, cause he will try and screw your wallet! Hope this keeps you warned! Also alot of their products are cheap and over priced, just check Ebay/Amazon for pretty much half the price!

Took my bike rin in to true it when i got back hole in tube wrong tire now cant get it fixed believe its permanently closed lack of help owner just locked it up been closed almost 2 weeks. They use to be a great shop now utter disarray no workers. Probably people who took bikes in wont be able to get them back for now. Its sad.

Dont go there, please for your sake and dont buy anything there because they wont accept returns. Janky and shady place for any consumer. Customer service poor. Please go to a reputable bicycle business, not this place.
