I had cracked the screen on my Nexus 6. For a couple of months, I frustratingly tried fixing it on my own… looking at how to take apart the phone, ordering a replacement screen, cell phone screwdrivers, and finally stripping the screws when trying to open up the back of the phone…! It was past due to get expert help. Visiting a couple of shops in the area, I found Sam at MW Cell Phone Repair. Talking with him, I could tell that he was very knowledgeable and could handle the hard job I was bringing. Given the condition, Sam could not guarantee a successful repair (like other shops), but we agreed on a good price for labor and I made the payment and dropped off my phone. Over the next few weeks, I called and spoke to Rahul many times. The LCD swap was not working for my phone, but he asked me to wait and that he would keep looking for another part/way to do the job. I could tell that he was trying hard and searching almost every day. In the end, my phone couldnt be repaired, so I went into the shop to pick it up. Sam was very kind to give me a partial refund, despite the original best-effort repair that I had agreed to and the countless hours they must have spent trying to fix my phone! I highly recommend Sam and Rahul at MW Cell Phone Repair! They really take work seriously and know their stuff.
