Im super disappointed and frustrated with the new owners. First of all as soon as I walked in he didnt listen to me and seemed to not have a clue what was going on. Anyways they said they would have it over night and they would call me in the morning at 10:30 never got a call and the store said "open" but it was closed all day and they never answered or returned my calls. They finally called back the next day and said they would be there and I went and yet again they were gone. I finally got my phone back this evening and they fixed nothing, tried to sell me a new phone and the bottom of my screen has a new crack like they dropped it really hard and they said nothing. Very unorganized no follow up and my phone is worse then I had left it. The old owner was honest and intelligent, I am never coming back to these new owners. I found out all my phone needed was an update when there was nothing wrong with the software like they claimed.

Excellent Service. Called the store. They said, they could accommodate me right away. Went over and they were expecting me. My iPhone4 screen had cracked. So the nice guy (Allan) says 30 mins and even invites me to watch him work on my phone. Im just glad I didnt attempt to fix it myself :). He finished it, tested it thoroughly and handed it back well inside half an hour. Also, gave me a terrific price. I recommend this store / Allan whole-heartedly. Thanks for restoring my phone!

horrible place. They said my phone was fixable when it wasnt... wasted HOURS AND WEEKS of my time. The guys are bullSH#RS. They lied and said they were waiting for a part in the mail for WEEKS. These guys dont know S###.. they tried to google the problem of my phone right in front of me... they even needed to ask the at&t guy next door for help. Wasted $140... never again. These guys are chumps, dont trust them. and if theyre reading this you guys are fat losers

Garbage service. Guy ended up making my phone worse then it was and wouldnt refund me. Had the nerve to blame my phone when It was working fine and when I brought it back because the screen had a line in it he said he fixed it but now the camera wasnt working. Started complaining saying he serviced it and wasnt going to refund me. Guy should go out of business and become a garbage man because thats what hes good at

G/f cracked the screen on her iPhone pretty bad. So I called this place and the price was $50 to repair it. Needless to say it was alot cheaper than buying a new phone. They took care of it in about 15 mins and off we went. They did a great job and my g/f was really happy. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!
