JEFF, the worst manger I have ever met Dont go to the store as long as he works as a manger there. I went to the store to ask a couple of questions about my account. The manager Jeff was checking people in, so I told my questions to him. Once I showed my iPhone, he just told me to go to Apple Store. My questions were about the Verizon account, not iPhone itself. Apple Store can not answer to my questions. I have already asked Apple Store just for in case before going to the store. Of course, they told me to go to Verizon store regarding to the account questions. I tried to keep explaining my questions and told him that I went to Apple Store already though, he just ignored my words and walked away. Due to my work, I often meet a store manager or those people. Jeff is THE WORST MANAGER I have ever met. I dont understand why such a useless guy can work as a manger there. He does not have an ability to communicate with a customer, and he can not handle any issue. All he can do is just standing and smiling. Maybe thats his only work given to him as a manager in the store. I went to the different store and talked to the other manager. He was very helpful to answer my questions. As long as Jeff is working in the store as a manager, there is no way you can solve your issue, so dont go there unless you want to waste your time.

Try and get help if you are prepaid. They treat you as if you are an alien. I was misadvised and spent a wooping $120. for a "Plan" that the Assistant Manager said, "We are speaking two languages here, its not a plan." Although, the customer buys a plan through this location. I have been misinformed at this site, ripped off at this site, I was kept waiting for more than an hour at this site, the employee that misinformed me was not there and the Assistant Manager could not make good on a botched decision that another employee made. If an employee at this site is incorrect and the customer suffers then, "PAY THE CUSTOMER BACK" . Verizon is a huge company and paying back 1 (ONE) customer the money that was "misplaced" as the Assistant Manager said, is not a big deal. Verizon little outlet in the big realm of business transactions, "Pay on your mistakes, you are not "saving" anything by screwing with your customers and ripping them off. Never go to this store!!!

First they sold me a phone that completely sucks. Calls getting dropped, people not being able to hear me clearly, etc. Whether the problem is with the phone, or with their network, it is still verizons responsibility to take care of it. They seemed to think that its normal for customers to call tech support within a week of purchasing a new phone, and help to debug their network. Finally the manager at the store said that if I paid the restocking fee of $35, I can get an exchange, which I had been asking for since the beginning. Even though its not fair that I need to pay more, I took the offer, since I make more than $35 in the amount of time I spent trying to get this fixed. Wish the associate had given me this option in the very beginning. In the end, its a waste of so much time, and all the thrill in getting a new iPhone is gone.

I was very pleased with the service and attention I was given. I was getting a new phone for my mother who is older and not very adept with any mobile device. Lauren worked hard to make us happy. We finally got to the end of an hour + deciding on a phone and a tablet for me when we realized we were not eligible yet for any phone for an early upgrade.....only specific models.....I was frustrated that verizon had given me an unclear message when I had checked the day before....we were going to leave when Lauren took the initiative to speak to the manager and they made it work.....not a the full discount we expected from Verizon, but they did make us happy and did what they could! I have always found this location to be very good every time I have been here. Go to this verizon store location if in doubt.....!

The people I dealt with their today has proven that customer service is dead gone are the days of helpful people going above and beyond in situations that need assistance let alone the people that you talk to you before deny anything they said the last time they spoke with you when you clearly remember them and faceless corporate BS has taken over the asylum sad I remember when a company would be helpful now they go out of their way to just piss you off and making buying a cell phone worse than an IRS audit and a messy divorce with children Im sure they probably put notes on my account because of today oh well maybe our paths will cross when they need something from me and I will make sure they get the same wonderful just service in their time of need

I am a late wireless bloomer and have had the most blissful experience with Kathy De Gouveia who was able to answer many of my questions and help me find the best deal. Kathy is the quintessential sales representative. She is knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and extremely consistent with these sentient traits. As a miser who always looks for the better deals, she was able to help me find what was in my budget and accommodate me exceptionally well. I am now on a family plan, am loving my smart phone ( Samsung galaxy 3s) and am so happy that I have such an understanding Verizon representative that can assist me and my family. I highly recommend this location and Kathy.

I was in a rush, so I called ahead, talked to Christian, explained what I needed (a super-cheap replacement phone for my child) and made sure it was in stock. Their "door greeters" can be a little off-putting,put since I had called ahead and had a name, he told me to wait, talked to Christian and then Christian had me set-up with a new phone in about 10-15 minutes. AWESOME! Just what I needed! I definitely recommend calling ahead, perhaps making an appointment and being clear on any time-constraints you might have so you can tell up-front if it will be an issue or not. The 1st time I came- needing to purchase and set-up accounts for the whole family, it took FOREVER.

Poor, poor, poor and condescending service. They laugh at the line, make fun of foreign-born customers (I watched it happen) and then refuse to help anyone. Its at least an hour wait at this store, with nobody asking to help you. The customer has to identify a staff member in the crowd and when they do, they are THEN told to go put in a number to be called. The person creating the wait list does not approach customers as they come in the door. He moves around the store, laughing at people, and when you find him---thats when your hour-long wait begins. Also, the number listed for this location gets directly routed to corporate--they will not answer their own business line.

Shingo is the manager of the Santa Clara store. He bent over backwards to fix my problem. My HTC Rezound buttons were not working. They checked it out and said they would replace the phone, no charge under warranty. I got the phone, but it would not recognize the sim card. Back to the store. They checked it out, still didnt work. Shingo gave me the option of getting another Rezound, or getting a reburbished HTC Incredible 4G. I picked the Incredible. It arrived only two days later and works perfectly. To do this replacement twice is not the company policy. Shingo gave me amazing service to make it right. I am totally satisfied.
