I just changed job and wanted to release my line from previous companys business account to my private account. It took me entirely 1 hour to let them start working on it, and the manager told me they need to charge me 500$ as deposit to keep my number with ATT. My current company is one of those which ATT give high discount to keep, yet the manager of this store ask me personally to deposit $500 to just keep being a customer of ATT. I cannot believe ATT hires the manager here just to make it harder for its customers to stay with ATT. I told the manager that I am definitely going to abandon ATT and join the other carriers, thats how ATT drives its most valuable long-time customers away from it.

worst ATT store ever. been ATT customer for two decades.made an appointment to upgrade my phone. what a mistake. arrived at 1pm which was the appointment time. checked in. the blonde lady manager said it you will be the next. I see people are finishing up their business with reps and no one comes to me. when I told the lady I have been waiting for over 30 min with an appointment and what is the point of making an appointment, she replies " I CANT tell you how much longer, you have wait and see". my advice, drive the extra 15 min to El camino store or any other store and save yourself the trouble.

I had to wait one and a half hours to just place an order for a phone. It took one hour to just collect the phone. When I got it, the guy made a hard sell on the screen protector - zealously banging his marker on his phone screen to demonstrate how tough it was. That also said it was 100% guaranteed and if it broke, to bring it back. Shortly after, it cracked. I brought it back, but they told me I needed to contact the manufacturer. All in all, my experience here has been far from impressive.

They dont even desire any star. You have to wait for long time only for thing as simple as a SIM card. How stupid it is. Workers seem busy but never with you. A super long queue but never reduce. Simply bad no others
