Reviews: Z Wireless (Campbell, Ca.) at the Pruneyard Shopping Center Do not bring your business to Z Wireless (Campbell - at the Pruneyard), what a nightmare! My situation was simple. I got an email from Verizon about getting $200 OFF on Verizon Edge OR FREE with a 2 year activation. I decided to bring the coupon to Z Wireless in Campbell (at The Pruneyard). Darren was helpful, but I made sure that this offer can apply to us. He said YES, absolutely. We finished the transaction and my wife got the iPhone 6. Based on the promo, the iPhone shouldve been $449.00 ($649.00 - $200.00). The monthly Edge plan should be $18.70. A few weeks later we get mail from Verizon that our Edge monthly plan would be $27.08 a month. I went back to Darren to see if we can fix this. Apparently not. According the manager (Omar), the promo is confusing and that the transaction and monthly edge plan is correct. What bugs me is that I specifically asked Darren if this promo was legitimate. He said it was. He tried calling corporate, and corporate said they couldnt fix this. Lady from corporate said the email promo is not valid??? Lessons learned: Got directly to an actual Verizon Wireless Store. Do not go to Z Wireless in Campbell, you will not get any resolution, if a problem occurs. The staff in this store will try to con you. I went in to upgrade the phone and they added a bunch of unnecessary fees (like $100 accessory bundle). I said I dont need it and asked for it to be removed. At this point the guy said he needs to ask his manager for approval, so he "called" him and the manager didnt approve to sell me a phone without all these fees. I then asked to talk him with the manage myself (literally less than a minute after the guy in the store "talked" to him) and magically he then couldnt be reached in any way. I of course left the store and upgraded online. The upgrade fee was half the price compared to what they asked in the store and even the monthly payment came out to be lower than what they asked for in the store. Bottom line - stay away!

I just switched to Verizon and this store is where I added my account. Larry & Curtis have been very polite, informative, helpful, & most patient. They especially exhibited this when my angry, impatient father came along. Today,I dealt with both, a brick & mortar Verizon storefront, as well as an over-the-phone agent named Anthony in upstate NY in dealing with an overcharge issue. They were all very pleasant about it, as I was not at fault. I am glad all was pleasant all around. Still waiting for that credit though...

This store is a plus because it has Celina Sanchez. She is not only a Beautiful young women but she is an excellent customer service rep. Very smart and articulate. She helped me so much I am very thankful. I will use this store from now on for all my Verizon needs Steve Thompson

Answered phone call, put me on infinite hold. After that, phone would not answer and mailbox was full. I guess they dont care much about being in business. Maybe it was a phone line snafu? One star is all they get for today.
