Went in with my boyfriend to check out phones and walked out with 2new Samsung 4 Ss. Chris is superb and very knowledgeable. He took time to help us understand and was patient with all the questions we had. Definitely going back to see him when ever we have questions or concerns. We referred many friends and family.

The experience with this store sucks turned in 2 phones LGG3s did an upgrade an got my bill a lot of extra hidden charges an also still charging for the other phone we turned in... Call them an can never get ahold of anyone gotta drive across town to get ahold of them, service sucks....

Went to this location 3 times because they kept making mistakes. Theres only one employee, doesnt matter who, working real slow and bad customer service. Tired of Sprint/SWL. Will transfer to a new carrier once my contract is up. Wasted 15yrs being loyal to a slow provider.
