Had the worst customer experience here! I will never go back! I bought my phone here a little over a month ago and purchased a $50 screen protector that didnt adhere correctly. The manager, Ben was very kind and tried to replace it several times back then, and then they asked me to come back if it the cover didnt adhere over the next couple of days. Unfortunately, it was a little over a month ago and I was going to have to pay a small amount to get it replaced, which after asking if they could credit me, I reluctantly agreed to pay for. During this process, a very large kid got up off the couch and went behind the counter. Apparently, he worked there but I would never have known based on his location on the couch. He sat down and watched Ben try to replace the screen again. He then said that it probably wasnt the original screen. So I replied to him that I bought the phone there and it happened the first day it came out of the box, so I asked if it was a new phone then. He then replied accusing me of possibly replacing the screen and said it might not be the original. He continued to make awful remarks to me and I told him that I was totally offended by the way he was talking to me. The kid continued to banter at me and when I asked him his name he said he didnt have to give it to me and walked out of the store! I was so upset that I was shaking and couldnt believe that I was being treated this way. Then I asked who the manager was, and it was Ben! I couldnt believe that an employee would behave this way in front of his manager. There was obviously no respect for him or me! Horrible experience. There are plenty of Verizon stores (and I found out that this location is actually Z-Wireless, not Verizon), and I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I would suggest that you do too!

Ive gone there several times and there are never enough people to serve the people who come in. Also, though its a small place, there arent enough chairs to sit on while waiting.
