Huh, I am in the market for a new smart phone. I came to this location on four separate instances during business hours to find the door locked with a sign indicating they will be back shortly. Today I went once, it was closed. Came back a second times about 20 minutes later, still closed, came back over an hour later still closed. I just called now to find out if it is open. No answer and the voice mail box is full. Its not only poor customer service, but also very rude to waste our precious time.

Very helpful and honest with me. I went to this location today for help troubleshooting a software issue with my smartphone. The representative there called customer service for me and worked with them for at least fifteen minutes to try and get my phone working. When they came to the conclusion that my phone needed replacing, he let me know what my best options were for saving money instead of just trying to get me to buy a phone at retail price. Nice little store, wasnt crowded at all mid-Saturday.
