My phone was stolen, so I went into this store to temporarily deactivate my phone. The store manager happened to be the person who helped me, and he was a complete JERK! Not only was he arrogant and rude, he got into an argument with me about a non-existant law that he made up on the spot. Then, he told me he couldnt stop my stolen phone because my social security number wasnt matching up in their system due to computer error and refused to help. When I asked for the store manager, he said that he was the store manager; so I asked for his district managers number, and he refused to give me their number! How did this guy become the store manager? His customer service skills were ZERO and he didnt even help me stop my phone that it turned out was being used and billed to my account. If I could rate this store as minus 5 stars, this would be a minus five. You might as well go a few minutes down the road and go to the kiosk in the mall. At least they were more helpful there.

Store manager and employees are arrogant and rude jerks who are completely incompetent. They made dozens of customers wait in line for hours for a product that they dont even have any inventory. Dont get me wrong. They were NOT busy. Employees werent doing anything but chatting around for at least 50% of the time. These people may know a lot about sales and phones, but they are absolutely ill-trained on their manners and customer-facing skills. This store is ok if you are just buying accessories or phones. But if you are trying to activate a service, upgrade a service, or need help on a problem...etc, then you should probably go somewhere else. Of course, try this store if you dont mind cock and arrogant attitudes.

Just tried to buy a samsung S2 tablet from this store. The sales person tried to tell me that all tablets are the same and was trying to push me towards the ASUS for $149.00. When i called him on it he got nasty and told me to buy it from best buy. Claimed he could not match bestbuys price so i called another store on el camino and he was eager to price match the tablet for me. 12-3-2016 I used to love this place but apparently Verizon cannot keep the store staffed with the same people. Apparently there is nothing but lazy arrogant waste of space sales people that work here now. I advise you to stay away from this store.

I was having trouble with the speaker on my phone & the screen on my husbands phone (purchased less than 30 days before) had become cloudy. The cust. rep was very friendly online, but said wed get faster replacements@ a verizon store. We waited about 25 minutes, were dis(missed)ed very impatiently with "Oh, those are low-end phones." in a very snotty voice. And then they turned to help the next customers. So make sure youve got a top of the line Droid or blackberry-or youre wasting your time time!

I recently came into the store to upgrade to a smartphone for my small business. The store was clean and the staff was great, especially Jessica and Charlene. They made sure that the phone would work with my online scheduling system(By trying it on the display phone) They were quick and explained everything well. Its great to see a business with such good customer service which is one of the big reasons I stay with Verizon.

Came in to see deals for switching from AT&T and I was surprised how helpful they were based on their low reviews. Asim was a new manager that helped me so much. I normally dont leave reviews but he was that good. I had a problem with setting up my phone and they took the time to set all my contacts and even apps after I had already paid. Definitely will be coming back

Had to visit the store as my girlfriends phone got lost and she wanted a replacement. Staff were polite and very helpful and we were on our way in 30 minutes (2 people were ahead of us). If you have a longer wait, there are several food and drink options right next door.
