They are the cheaters running the store. I bought an AT&T prepaid sim card on 08/17/2015( its been more than 48 hours when I am writing this review), the sim card didnt get activated within 10 mins which they typically claim would happen. They told me to wait for 15-20 mins and it would get activated. Went there next day, they said the phone is not compatible( Samsung Note 2 it was). Today on 08/19, I took my another handset as a back up and the previous one worked with one of the store representatives sim card. So basically there was no issue with the handset. Please note the sim still is not activated coz they say there is a long queue at the server( dont know why they are giving a bullshit explanation). AT&T is one of the largest service provider and they do not have the infrastructure to handle new activation requests even after 48 hours. The store manager Mr. Nathan refused to refund my money and terminate the connection. He in turn told me to wait indefinitely for it to get activated. The whole purpose of buying this connection is defeated. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER. Didnt expect them to stoop to this level for $30. Wish there was an option of ZERO RATING

I have always found this location at the Fremont Hub to be a Great Experience!! The employees are always very helpful and attentive to my needs. So much so that I wanted to work at this location with the wonderful group of people. I have gone in a few times and have spoken with Gustavo about getting a Smart phone, I just didnt have the money to purchase it at the time. He still took the time to show me and help me decide which phone was best for me. Now that I have the money, I am returning on Sunday to purchase the phone from him. A friend of mine I am staying with said just go down the street to the AT&T office, its walking distance. I told him no, I am going to buy it from Gustavo, he helped me and he is going to make the sale.

I was recently eligible to upgrade my phone, as I do the leasing per month plan and was dreading the whole process. Getting a new phone is always simultaneously exciting and a pain. Easily the most friendly and professional AT&T associate I have ever interacted with, I felt that he perfectly balanced my needs and talking to me about my plan with representing AT&T. He helped me understand my plan better and what I could be doing to optimize it I I will now specifically return to this AT&T store for any phone needs. It is easy to get to and with employees like that, I wouldnt be scared about dealing with phone issues and will keep me loyal to AT&T!!!

I am in California visiting family in Fremont and experienced problems with my tablet. My brother advised me to try the Fremont Hub AT&T store. Im glad I did! We were greeted at the door by Cristiana who proceeded to work at fixing my tablet. She was joined in her efforts by Raul the store manager. They showed a lot of ingenuity and persistence and were able to fix my tablet! The victory dance was awesome! I want to thank them so much for all they did! They are an asset to AT&T and I recommend them to all! Thanks again!!

i just been there to get a i phone 6 plus i wait like 40 mins to get my turn some lady with corrlye hair assite me so root mint and i asked her to call the store manager they talk each other manager did little bit better then her i was so upset and walk out the store without getting my phone and thinking other company

Worst Store ever, They make you feel that the monthly charges are low but infact they do not explain about any hidden charges. Total Fraudsters they manipulate you and set you up with extra device and tell you that it is only $10 more but at the end they make you pay $250 a month.... Do not enter this store ever.

Overall, had a good experience. Tip: Make an appointment or call before to get an idea of how long the wait will be. This location tends to get busy. I was able to activate an old iphone since my newer Nexus broke. Customer service pretty good.
