Not only did they sell me a phone that didnt work and overheated they almost wouldnt exchange me a new(er) one. Since their policy is "no refunds" they allowed for an exchange to occur but not without me missing 2 days of work (I need a fully functional phone for my job). On top of all this Ive had to buy several chargers to keep this newer phone powered properly. And I just had to correct their mistake when they switched my phone they put the wrong plan. A switch I have to pay for. All in all theyve cost me $600 for the trouble, lost work time, questionable phone & their mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS!

Charged $360 more than a year fee to my debit card. Wont call back, says he will after talking to a customer. I spent 2 months trying to get back my money. The company and stores payment systems are not connected, so the phone gets disconnected inspite of paying ahead. Company says call the store, store guy wont call me back.He has no voicemail. Check it out now. Beware of them. Please do not use them.

They give warraty for used phones, not worthed to deal with cl private seller for 20 dollars less.
