I was looking for a new cellphone case for my Galaxy S5, so I decided to stop by at the Cellaris stand thats right outside of Mac and Hollister at Stoneridge Mall. When I approached the stand it was swarmed with customers, and every employee was busy at the moment. I didnt expect for anyone to help me once I saw how busy they were, but before I knew it Fernando (one of the employees) approached me and politely said "Ill be with you in just a second sir." In less than 5 minutes he wrapped up with his customers and attended me. He was quick to direct me to a great phone case that I ended up purchasing, and Im really happy with it! Fernando was really polite and professional, and I recommend anyone looking for phone accessories to stop by at Cellaris, Im sure Fernando would be glad to help you all as well!

You want AWESOME and quick customer service? Go to CELLAIRIS in STONERIDGE MALL. I highly recommend it because I was very pleased with the service I received when I had my phone repaired and also purchased a phone case that I needed. Ask for FERNANDO MIRAMONTES, he will greet you with a smile and has a lot of knowledge of his products and services. He is very professional and courteous.I can tell his main concern was to meet all of my needs for my phone. They carry high quality products. I love this place, I have respect for this young man, definitely will come back. Thank you Cellairis!!!!! Great customer service and employees.

I had previously gotten my iphone 4 repaired at Cellairis in stoneridge mall from Karli, i didnt have a lot of money to spend and she helped me with a great price and it didnt take her very long to fix, because of the great customer service i had received i took my sisters iphone 5 in and the manager Brittany was fantastic she not only fixed it in less than an hour but it was affordable. I highly recommend Cellairis to repair your phone i also heard they now repair iphone 5c. They even gave me a great deal on a new case that will protect my phone and it was SUPER cute. Thank you ladies :) (if you ever read this)

Bad service. Had sons screen and battery repaired; 30 day warranty. Screen went bad day 25. Called and now they are not under same management and can not honor warranty. What a load of cr@p. I called around and no other CELLAIRIS will honor warranty. I have email into their customer service; we will see if they help! UPDATE Sent numerous emails and calls to customer service. As expected not a single response, every call goes to a message. Never use this company if you want any customer service and quality work, suggest go to established store not a kiosk in the middle of mall. Just my opinion

Today I went to Cellairis for an iPhone 4s Repair. While I walked up the employee was busy working on another screen repair at the time and informed me they only had another 5 minutes or so to go and had me fill out paperwork while they finished up. They were working on an iphone 5 screen and it really looked like a job well done, so I was really excited to have my cell phone repair done with Cellairis. After I filled out my paperwork I also asked if they did other repairs like iPad Repairs and iPhone 5c. They were very helpful and I will be recommending friends and family to them.

I personal love the workers at Cellairis. They are not only smart but very informative. i experience bad customer service at a different location at the mall, doing the same service as Cellairis, i was quoted wrong amounts, wrong information and when i went to Cellairis they were able to assist me in a timely fashion PLUS their pricing was low and affordable, I recommend Cellairis to any one who needs cases or phone fixing. Plus the presentation is what sells, their location is clean and customer service is a plus which the employees at Cellairis have.

I got a screen repaired and bought a glass screen protector from cellairis and it has totally saved my life! The service was great! An employee named Karli was very helpful and put the protecter on with gentle precision. I recommend asking for her if you go. The last screen I got fixed was by a different company, and it was messed up and had to be redone by Karli. Totally recommend going there! The cases are also super cute!

I broke my iPhone 5s and the whole screen went out completely. I went to cellairis where the employee who helped me, Karli, explained why my screen had lines in it and proceeded to walk me through the process of the repair. The customer service was amazing and it only took about 15/20 minutes for her to complete the repair. She answered all my obnoxious questions and helped me understand the ins and outs of the repair.

Im a manager at a nearby retailer who buys back phones. Whenever the customers reason for selling the phone is a cracked screen, I recommend Cellaris. The service there is spectacular, and Brittany and her team make you feel not just like a customer being sold to, but like a friend being catered to. Very personable staff, and every customer I send there tells me of a very positive experience.

I highly recommend Cellairis to get cell phone accessories. Ive gone there twice in the last six months and was very happy with the great customer service from the store manager, Brittany. Both times she made sure I received the cases I needed to protect my cell phone if dropped. I rate this a five star for the customer service and the durability of the products.
