I discovered this store about a month ago. I have been back FOUR TIMES to buy more stuff! They carry EVERYTHING in the bulbs and batteries category. The staff there have been very kind to me, and have answered all of my questions about how to transition from regular light bulb to LED light bulb. They also have a display with the lights bulbs turned on so that you can see the differences. They also carry regular three-way 30-70-100 bulbs for many of the lamps in my home. The prices for these bulbs are $5 per bulb, which is slight higher than youll find at Home Depot. However, I would rather pay the slightly higher price at a place where I can run inside, get what I need, and run out---and if I have questions, there is always someone there with knowledge to help out. My first visit there, I brought in a family keepsake that is a small, all silver metal steam train locomotive (small, fits in the palm of your hand). It has a clock on the front, and in the back is takes some type of weird battery and I had no idea how to change it or where I could even buy such a battery. But the young manager there knew exactly what to do and had the thing fixed with the correct time set on the clock before I even came back to the counter with my other purchases. AWESOME!! Ive also purchased AA batteries in bulk----containers of 24 batteries---and I forget the price but I seem to recall it was about 70% cheaper than CVS. They also sell Honda generator batteries for a 5000 watt generator I have for home use, and Ive been paying way too much at a Honda store. Now I know where I will buy my next generator battery! Overall I give them a 5 out of 5 stars. The place is clean, organized, very neat and tidy, and they are totally happy to help you out. Its a dream that a store like this exists. I never knew!!!!!

My cell phone(Google Nexus LG-D820) battery has a charge that lasts for barely a day with minimal use,so I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs to get it replaced.I told the staff about the problem with my battery and asked the staff how much a new battery for the Nexus LG-D820 would cost with the labor fee included.The staff member told me the battery would be $40 with a labor fee $20. At that time, I said the battery price seemed very expensive and showed him the prices (about$12) of the same battery being sold on internet. He replied that those may be old batteries.I paid $65.69 to replace my battery on 6/2/2016.The replacement battery did not show any change in preformance due to the fact that it had the same battery life as my previous battery. On 6/4/2016, I went to the store to refund and the staff told me that my old battery has been recycled. Not only that, the staff member stated that the replacement battery was $12 while the labor fee was $49. Changing what he said previously, the staff member switched the prices to deceive me so that the store would receive more money. Overall, the store along with the staff lied to gain in profits.

Purchased battery online and picked it up from the store. The gentleman working that night was very friendly and helpful. He offered to help me out with the install, but being from an automotive background, I could manage a battery change without any help. I also had a blown reverse light that I found out when I was changing the battery which was a plus that they sold automotive bulbs too. The AGU battery I purchased has been holding uop very well so far having a sound system running. Thanks!

I recommend Batteries plus! I am an equipment engineer and had an urgent need for a custom servo drive amplifier data back-up battery...they asked me to bring in what I had and supported transferring leads from the old battery to a different size, but functional new one. This solution got my equipment back up and allowed me time to hey the specific type ordered. A good company will help develop solutions and this was demonstrated today. Thanks Batteries Plus.

I recently bought two RV batteries from Batteries Plus in Dublin, Ca. This was a great and easy transaction. I paid online and when I went down to the store, the batteries were ready and they loaded them in my truck and removed the old ones. Also, there was a 10% off offer online which I took advantage of. Cant beat this for a deal and an easy transaction. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes.

Website is easy to navigate. Ordering is simple. I purchased a battery for my car and the price was very competitive. The store clerk delivered the beast of a battery (weighs over 40 lbs) into my car and took the core back in a similar fashion. Great experience and when you go into the store youll see more different types of batteries than you can imagine.

Sad experience. Needed a new home alarm battery pronto, so paid double the Amazon price to get it the same day. Long story short, took it home, lots of frustration, brought it back "sorry, must have been a bad battery in the box." Okay, but when I didnt want another "good" battery from the same box I got hit with a 20% restocking fee.

Ordered online and the email that tells me my order is ready to be picked up came quickly. Went in to pick up my car battery and the battery was their waiting for me by the counter. Great experience and their car batteries are some of the best. Deko makes great batteries!
