I have ATT Wireless service for cell phone and home internet. I went to Stoneridge AT&T and signed uo for Digital Life Home Security. Everything I was told was a lie. The online Digital life did not work. The motion sensors did not work. The installer lied to me about what he installed. He said he installed 2 motion sensors and 2 keypads, but he only installed 1 of each and left the existing ADT SECURITY ones in place. The system did not work correctly and when I called ATT I was told that it was too much work for them to help me so I told ATT to remove my system durring this 2 week trial period. When the guy came to remove it, he refused to reinstall the ADT equipment the ATT had removed. So I had to call ADT to do it.

If I could give no stars I would! They sold me a 3G phone on a 4G network. Since I had bought the original last year, I have had two warranty replacements. They gave me a free microcell but I still have lousy reception and calls still drop. Filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Stay the hell away from AT&T!!!!!

Calling ATT at Stoneridge mall is a waste of time. No human there ever answers the phone. I wanted to send a thank you note to Abdullah D. for his job well done but Att is so dehumanized it is impossible to get a human at the Att stone ridge mall even though the answer says a person is available-Year--Never! What a joke!.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I irk in retail and this is no way that a company should be handling their customers. I do not and will not recommend this service to any person that I know. Unbelievably rude.
