The salesman, Mostafa, talked my wife into buying a much more expensive phone by promising a rebate which would give us a $15 discount over the normal price. We bought into it, and then later found out that the rebate doesnt apply because of the plan. Conveniently for them, it was after the 14 day "risk free" refund policy. I was a loyal verizon customer for more than 6 years, but will now definitely switch carriers at the next opportunity.
