The worst, I went to buy a phone out right and they changed it so I payed the same and did an early upgrade. So payed 600 for a 1 month early upgrade and they left my time so now I have a contract for 2 years and 1 month. They swindle everything. Watch yourself and make sure you read the contracts before you agree to anything.

I went in a couple days ago to upgrade to the new iphone 6s plus. They were the only store to have it. Not only were they quick to help me, but they were very knowledgeable and helped me save money by switching to a better plan that was more convenient for me. Great service!

Last time went there to open a new line with out contract but at the end they gave me a line with contract which prevented me upgrade later... I am suspecting a contract line may add credit to the shop, anyway I need to call AT&T to cancel the contract.

Every single time i have been inside i have been greeted with amazing customer service. I have had 3 people from this store help me and every single time they made sure i was satisfied before i left. Definitely recommend to friends and family.

On my lunch break I walked into the new ATT store in Dublin by Safeway to check out a replacement iphone and Brandon the manager had me hooked up in less than 15 minutes! Service was excellent, super fast, and I walked out saving some money.
