This place was recommended to me by the guys from the ATT store in fremont. I was optimistic however "VIK" gave me the run around after installing the wrong screen on my phone, when I went back the next day to get the correct screen installed, the phone stopped working all together and VIK stated that I had brought a non working phone when it was clear that it was working when he had installed the wrong screen. on day 5 I finally asked for my money back when VIK told me that he would install a broken screen back on the phone so that I could take it to the APPLE Store and lie to them about how the phone was not working. I was polite but had enough of the runaround when he obviously damage my phone. He would not take responsibility at all and I had to pay full price to replace my phone due to him damaging my phone. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE FROM USING THEM AT ALL!!!!!

I found Nicks shop online after several frustrating attempts with other nearby repair facilities for repair to my wifes Iphone6 shattered screen. Great service and at a very reasonable price. I additionally appreciated the professionalism and the detail offered regarding the varying quality of replacement glass screens & scope of work typically involved in this type of repair. I would certainly refer Nick & his repair facility to friends and family.

Nick is a must go to person, if you stuck up with your phone! He diagnoses the issue upfront and would never threaten you with the jargon. He discloses how he would be trying to fix the issue and if that fails, what the alternates are. Even if you give up, he would not, until he fixes it! Patchwerks is doing good job.store is big and comfortable..I went to store to change my Iphone LCD.receiving is very good and friendly behavior.he told me to wait for 15 min . I just sat and watching tv, he came in 10 min and he told to check my ph,my ph is looking like new ph. Hes work is very good and he repaired in 10 min ..and they are taking reasonable price and giving 1 year warranty .it was a good experience with patchwerks....

Ive had several phones ( iPhones 5, 6S and Samsung 6S) repaired by Patchwerks and all work has been excellent. Repairs ranged from cameras, font and back glass on both manufacturers and the repairs made the phones look and function like new again. The store was very clean and the waiting area comfortable. My aunt and I only waited about twenty minutes to have her iphone 5 battery changed. Vick was very friendly and did a great job. He even told us things we can do to prolong the iphones battery life. The price is comparable to other cellular repair shops, but the service went above and beyond. I would come here again for fast, honest repair.

Found Patchwerks while having dinner next door. I spoke to Nick, who was professional and honest about the damages on my iPhone screen. He gave me a very good price and fixed my phone within 20 min. Very clean waiting area with a TV, comfy chairs, and water. He said they do all kinds of electronic repairs. Will gladly be coming Patchwerks again if I need to!

Came here to get my iPhone fixed. I dropped it in the pool and I thought it was pretty much gone. It was wet and not turning on. I went to Patchwerks and the guy there was really nice. He literally took care of it the same day. I dropped it off in the morning and he had it ready for me at the end of the day. What a lifesaver.

Great customer service. Abdul quickly handled my screen repair while I waited (or you can go for pizza next door!). He took great care to make sure the unit was clean and working properly when finished. Their repair prices seem to be as good as Ive seen anywhere.
