I want to give them 5 stars, they were nice and very helpful, but.... on Sunday I switch my plan to the promo they had going thats supposed to be for that weekend only. I signed up for the 6GB Simple Choice Plan for 4 lines thats supposed to be for $100 plus tax. Then today one of the lines received a text message from T-mobile saying that it has exceeded 1GB so it will be slowed down. I called T-mobile and was told Im not on that plan and that plan do not exist. I even told her to check the website, which obviously was still there as the promo was extended until Tuseday Nov.22. However much I tell her that it is there but she keeps on saying that it does not exist. See the screenshot below! Now she says my monthly fee is $150+ per month. WTF, this is obviously bait and switch and asking to be sued by consumers! I will be going back and I will rain hell on them if they make it right! After more than 30 minutes at the store they still wouldnt give me what I had signed up for. So I am removing 1 more Star. I thought I would give it a chance over the holiday weekend to convince me that the plan they tricked me into signing without my approval, would work for me. Half way driving towards Los Angeles, all 4 lines 4g LTE stopped working. Fortunately I have a Garmin backup GPS otherwise I would be lost. Upon arrival I checked and this is what I found out. It says my data plan does not work on my device (I am using a Nexus 5 Marshmallow) and I need to upgrade my plan. T-Mobile One is just a gimmick! If I could I would remove all stars. I dont think I can take this crap from them anymore!

I had to go inside a Tmobile as I seem to not understand SIM cards. Juan helped me and damn it if he wasnt a rock star. Its a shame I have to go 50+miles from my home to get stellar service from T-Mobile. (Im on OG at T-Mobile, 17 long years Ive been down with them, dont I get a crown or something) Juan not only fixed my SIM card issue, he changed the number for my phone and told me about the car hot spot gadget thingy (I bought it and have no clue what the tech term is. Ask for Juan and he can sell you a car thingy too) Now my car is wifi on wheels! Love it. I got to talk music with Juan while he took care of all my things. Nothing like talking to a young person who can appreciate all genres of music. Juan, you make me so proud of you. You have a welcoming smile, so quick and happy to help me and we genuinely had a great Conversation. Truly was my pleasure and I hope Tmobile appreciates you as much as I do. Cheers young man!

Solid staff -- it seems like the staff changes a lot, but I can honestly say Ive never had a bad experience here. Very helpful and knowledge. Occasionally have issues with employees servicing other customers when in the middle of dealing with my problems (which wouldnt be a problem if they helped the other person while waiting for something to happen for me, but usually theyll just set down my problem and leave me hanging). Very clean and modern looking inside. Nice shopping center. Highly recommend.

This t-mobile store is worst among all. I went to order iphone 7 on 15th September, 2016 and representative Diana processed order with confidence that i was eligible for that offer, and next day, she turned and said that was not eligible. And in account notes, she said that she put comment tin account, that it was her mistake and she offered the deal, , but she didnt put any such comments, I came to know when talking to customer care service.. Really pathetic service.

I visited this location and was impressed that even at 11am on Sunday, which is opening time, that the employees were WORKING, not getting ready to start. Agent Evan was informative, polite, funny, and patient. I enjoyed my visit and recommend this location
