This store is not honest, they charge me $15 to keep my old phone number, and when I ask why Metro PCS didnt charge this kind fee few years ago( I was Metro PCS customer in 2002) and the guy told me that Metro PCS had changed their policy. When I call the other store and been told that Metro PCS doesnt have this kind charge. I was upset, This guy is cheating to me. Please dont buy phone from them. By the way, when you ask them to transfer you contact number that you saved in your old phone, this store will charge you $15 dollars again!!

Went to this store, was helped by Henry. Gives me the new phone and says theres a gliche in the system it will take 1 hour to fix. An hour later phone still doesnt work. Called Henry, says yeah he knows trying to fix it. Still has not been resolved.
