Both me and my girlfriend have been very dissatisfied of there service ever since the beginning of our term.First they lost and continuous delay of our rebates for 8 months. And in the end the rebate never arrived on the dates we agreed on. Two months ago we found out that okcellular dealership accidentally register us with a new T mobile account with out our acknowledgment or agreement, causing the collection agency and credit bureau to froze all of our credit account. They later apologized but to this day, our credit score still has not recover from their mistake. They will tell you your wireless service is for one year, but instead you will be in agreement with the wireless company for two years. It is your responsibility to contact them to cancel the account the day of your term. The do not take responsibility very well. Over all I would say the store along with its management have not been completely honest. It might sound like a good promotional deal when they attract you with their rebates and free service. But in the end you will be spending money and time just to correct their mistake. We regret it every since the day we sign the contract. There has been problems after problems. Dont make the same mistake I did. Good luck !

OK; they are small and busy, but do have good price. However... I went in and looked for cell phone. They suggested a Samsung Behold with T Mobile plan. I paid for the phone but was told it would be shipped in one week since they did not have it in store. Then I got a call from the Sales saying it would take another two weeks, and I said OK I can wait for extra 2 weeks. But two weeks later, no phone and no one conatcted me. So I called again and was told I need to wait for 2 more weeks, then never heard from them again. So after 1 1/2 months, I got no phone and no one updated me. I went into the store and asked for update, was told would get an answer within one day. But two days past, and no answer... I contacted my credit card comapny and asked for refund directly. There is something fishy about this store.

Stay away from this place unless you are willing to pay up to $800 dollars up-front cost, then you will also get an AT&T invoice for another $400, and getting some other phone number as part of the bill. They will resolve the issues eventually thru shady rebates, kick-backs... but just be prepared to dish out this large sum of cash. You will end up spendiing hours on the phone, gettig your credit score ruined for the next seven years... or going back to the physical store to get them to resolve the issues. Stay away from this shady business, you have been warned.
