This location has always had pretty chatty employees but as its closest to me so its convenient . I needed to make a purchase and I already know what I want. So I go in, there are 2 woman sitting at the counter one of which being helped by the gentleman behind the counter. Im not acknowledged in the slightest but anyhow I grab what I need and patiently wait. The banter is friendly however it starts to veer really off topic of fixing of the phone. The other woman is an LG rep? Thats what was said but either way the talk turns to karaoke and what plays the woman has seen all the while Im standing patiently waiting 2 feet away from the counter. Another gentlemen walks in and without any acknowledgment to him either the store rep continues to talk to the woman he was helping. This goes on for a total of 15mins mind you I need to make one 40 dollar purchase. The woman finally says why dont i sit over here so you can help the gentleman in reference to me and the other customer. Now mind you I know the verizon rep saw me waiting but instead asked who he could help and turned to the gentleman who walked in AFTER ME to help him. Typically customer service would cater to first come first serve basis so I dont know why he thought that was ok. At this point I put the merchandise back on the shelf and left. This isnt first problem Ive had with this location. Im all about customer service but when the line piles up a little damage control goes along way. Last time Ill ever come to this location and Ill glad pay 60 for the same product somewhere else where I know the customer service tends to be a priority.

I AM MECHANICAL AIR

Realized after it was a authorized dealer for verizon right after I was given the price for a generic car charger. I then requested my company discount and the rep stated they can not honor it , which was understandable but not at all convenient since i couldnt charge it to my account. I was fine with this until I realized he was being short with me and most of all not customer relational at all. Anyhow I dont think I will be returning.
