The only Cellphone shop I trust in the Bay Area! I have dealt with Wade for almost 6 years now and out of all these repair and unlock stores, this place has NEVER let me down! I have gotten my phone flashed back when NOBODY else could do it but this guy and now that Metropcs has become GSM, he is still able to unlock verizon att and put tmobile phones on their network, and always hooked me up with deals. There is a reason for his success and it is because he takes care of all his customers the best way he can. He always has smartphones in stock and is also a Metropcs authorized dealer now as well as many other carriers. I sent all my friends and family over to him because i trust him and I know he doesnt jack people like other stores out here. Keep up the work FLASH2UNLOCK, you guys are the best and the community appreciates the hard work you put in!

Had very Bad experience. I went to solve some Iphone problem. I had to pay Upfront and when went back to pickup my device it was not repaired. I was told that it is not fixable , but I was not refunded (Though they knew the situation of device). When I received my iphone , a part was missing. When I called him back for parts he didnt arrange appointment to let me pickup my part. from next day he stopped answering my calls. Iwent to someone else and he did my work for 15 dollars where Mr.Wireless charged me 65 dollars CASH . . . . .I will never refer any one to them.

Ive been going here for about two years. Wade is a great guy. Hes helped me with purchasing two phones and change my plan a couple of times. He sends me messages updating me about any new offers or plans and I plan to go in soon to upgrade my Metro plan. The other workers are nice too. They accept cash and card, honor deals and if theres any confusion works with you to fix them. I would suggest them for any metro products.

Best phone experience! I looked everywhere in the bay area and nobody was able to unlock my boost galaxy s6. I called flash2unlock and they got it completed in just in an hour while i was waiting and watching tv at his shop. Very smart guy and funny to conversate with and i slowed him down by talking so much haha . Definitely recommend this place for unlocking he legit!

Extremely rude over the phone, not helpful and couldnt be more unprofessional, only gave one word answers and when asked if they could recommend any other business that could work on my model phone he yelled at me and hung up. I would be suprised if this business lasts with the way they treat potential customers.

Fastest unlock shop I been too!!! I found them on yelp and they have all good reviews so tried them out. I talked to wade and assured me my unlock will only take 20 min for my galaxy note 5. Very professional and happy to help his customers. I definitely recommend this shop!

Got my Samsung note 4 unlocked and blacklist fix. Phone was blocked on tmobiles network but this place fixed it in 30 minutes and got it activated on metropcs. New spot to unlock phones and fix them. No other shop even knows how to!
