Please BE CAREFUL and STAY AWAY from this store! I hope this could prevent more people become their victim. Here is what happened to me and my friend : The representative literally lies to me and my friend. He try to sell me a Verizon tab and told me it is free. Then after I brought it, I find out that there is a $40 activation fee and $10 per month fee. My friend who is picking up his iphone 7 end up paying $100 more. Because the representative says my friend can get a case and screen protector for free. It is not free and much expensive than same products on Amazon. As you can imagine how angry I am. I would give them a zero star if I could.

Woke up one morning and my HTC fried the Sim card, was told they couldnt replace it because they dont make the phone anymore (the same phone that was on the wall next to the sales guy who was also cat calling at the woman in front of the store) and was up sold a new phone. The useless sales associate them told me that I could keep my old phone as a back up. I am now being charged $800 for keeping that phone. This store is a sham. Everyone who works there is a useless excuse for existence.

Stay away from this store. Very unprofessional. I supposed to receive $100 billing credit from promotion but still not getting anything for 6 months. Visited the store many times, called them multiple times but no progress. Never called me back for the status update they promised. Ive never seen such unprofessional & irresponsible employees and managers.

The people there dont know what they are doing and it take forever for someone to actually come up and talk to you. There is usually only one person working there. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to another Verizon to get better customer service. The only thing they have going for it is convenient its the closets Verizon is East Dublin.
