Went into the store to buy some toiletry items and food for a trip down south from Fresno, when I purchased the groceries we had forgotten our other items in a bag with you know have to take with you or your charged. After paying for our two bags with of groceries we made it to the door and were apprehended like some thieves because according to them you took merchandise you forgot to pay for. I said your write, my girlfriend was goofing off on her phone, and I will purchase the small items we forgot to pay for. What happened instead was a inquisition for 10 minutes where they took out both the stuff we paid for and didnt to make sure my receipt matched. It was embarrassing. Lasly he said I have to wait a year to comeback to Walmart. I said why, because I negligently had forgotten 1 of 3 bags had stuff in it which I was going to pay for. I couldnt even get a toothbrush and aleve. Just stupid, bad place, make sure you pay for everything you walk out with, I would have the cashier read the reciept carefully to you and maybe bring a manager over to confirm your purchase. I would never go back. The dumb kid was talking about how they could get you a felony, obviously not knowing I wasnt committing a crime because I had ever intent to pay for it. Hard to get felonies on the basis of forgetting some pain medication, eye liner and a toothbrush because whse forgot hers. NEVER GO THERE especially if you are white.

I only went in for a routine oil change no biggy but when i get out my tire pressure light was on i didnt think anything of it until i didnt even make it to the stop sign when i hurt a load noise i guess i had a FLAT tire my car was literally sitting on its rim and put the spare on my car and called customer service they said they wood fix my problem and i was relieved but when i got back to the tire and lube station they didnt wanna deal with me they tired to blame it on my and then change the story and said it came in like that i know it didnt and apparently a ROCK popped my tire A ROCK!!!? No i dont think so it was a nail or screw idk but it was silver but when the guy came out he showed me a BLACK rock. I was so upset they didnt even wanna fix it until i insisted that they fixed the problem they had done to my car and even then i dont think they fixed it right i know they just wanted me to leave one of the workers was even purposely yelling and cussing for me to here all the way across the parking lot i cant even explain everything that happen but it was truely such a bad experience go somewhere else or do ur oil change ur self save urself the hassel

I really hoped that this Walmart was open 24hrs, but its not. I literally walked up to the door at about 12:30 AM and the sign on that door said "store hours: 6:00 am - 12:00 am" ... Oh well. TRUCKERS: on Trucker Path there was a single review here saying "this place is a gem", and its very true; on the west side of the store is a long stretch of dirt lot thats perfect for Truck parking (i also see trucks parked on the other side, along the side walk closer to the store), its always great to be able to park at Walmarts where we can restock food, get supplies and accessories, so lets keep it clean here guys!

Ive been having bad experiences with customer service reps at our store in Delano lately with ugly looks, bad manners, being judgmental and being out right rudeness.. Im sure your probably having a bad morning or even a bad day but it doesnt give you the right to give a customer attitude or even ugly looks just because how they paid for their merchandise, you dont know their situation and we dont know yours but smile sometime cause God gave you another day of life..God loves you and everyone else who works there..give your customers a reason to go shopping there.

The jewelry department takes forever. Dont order anything from them because they takes months to get what you want. It took them a month and a half to get my ring and it was the wrong size so they sent it to get resized and they said 4-5 weeks. Well its been over 2 months so I called them and they told me "sorry we sent your rind later so itll take another 2 weeks." 2 weeks past and I called them back. They still didnt have my ring. I kept calling every 2 weeks and nothing yet. They suck.

I only came here to grab a few items that I couldnt find at the Asian store to make a Filipino dinner. Of course, it was on "Black Friday!" So, the place was packed! I tried to just grab what I needed to be on my way, but the aisles were so packed with people and carts. They also charged for bags for your groceries. Luckily, my hubby came here the night before, and already knew it. So I came prepared! Overall the cashier was pleasant and greeted us.

Built new in 2013, it is very well kept up. It smells of fresh bread in the entrance because of the subway. Much better than the greasy McDonalds smell in most Walmarts. It is not usually very crowded however it is a very large supercenter located in a small Hispanic town 30 minutes north of Bakersfield. There is an auto center for travellers if needed. There is also a large solar array covering half the parking lot so you can park in the shade

Almost always find bad or rotting produce/grocery. When I let the associates know, they just say ok but the food remains there when I go back the next day! Ive also had problems with the cashiers slamming my groceries onto the conveyor belt and smashing eggs, crushing bananas and in one case, cracked a watermelon. This superenter is not good for grocery shopping but it is good for anything else.

I am New Zealand Citizen and comes to do the Projects in USA. I been to many Walmart in USA and Canada. All are good but most of them are not well maintained, means stuff on the floor or shelves empty. But I have different experience as soon as I visited this Walmart. I will give full credit to the Management and staff of this Walmart. Well done guys, good work and keep it up.

We want to extend our gratitude to the absolute great customer service we recieved at this Walmart Store, our experience there was exceptional while on vacation this past week. Mr. THOMPSON went out of his way to help us find a specific item for our trip back to Arizona. We are Thankful and greatful for his professionalism and thoughtfulness. We hope he gets acknowledged.

It was a great addition to our community and was desperately needed. It may look and be a typical Walmart but it has helped a lot of us save time and energy on making a longer trip to another location and it has saved us money by having Walmarts low prices rather than overpriced sales from other local stores.
