Went today with my dad to purchase a TV, and an apple TV for him and an ipod for me. The people there were so rude and unfriendly. One customer asked an employee for assistance with the cell phones, and she snapped at him saying that he would have to stand in a line of 10 people and wait his turn. I was very offended by this. I too work in retail and you should never treat a customer that way. They are very unprofessional and have a snob like attitude. I would rather pay a difference and shop at best buy where I know the service is great and all of my needs as a consumer will be met. We were in the store for 30 minutes and not once asked if we needed assistance. We will no longer be shopping there, in fact my dad cancelled his account there today and opened a new one at Walmart just down the street.
