The WORST customer service out there. We purchased an oven range and microwave during cyber Monday with dates scheduled for pick up and delivery. After a week of waiting for the oven to arrive for pick up we were notified it was delayed again. We proceeded to cancel the oven order and purchase another while waiting on the microwave. First purchase they lost over $700 from our sale. Microwave was supposed to arrive and be installed today again after waiting a week and a half for this date. We tracked it throughout the day and it stated it was out for delivery between 12-4. We waited all day. After 4 we contacted Best Buy to figure out what was the delay. It is now 9 pm and we have been passed to 4 different people giving us the run around as to where our item is. At 8:45 an asooiciate called us to state the 3rd party install company (that we were completely unaware Best Buy geek squad was not doing the install no where was it stated a 3rd party is used) it was their fault they couldnt find our microwave to deliver. Best Buy is assuming no responsibility for the lack of communication and non delivery. No one from Best Biy nor the install company bothered to contact us today at all. The young and very unprofessional girl that called tonight basically stated its not her problem and I can just wait to Thursday for the next install date. When I pressed her for the General manager Heathers information and the name and contact information to this 3rd party intall company she refused to give me the company info stating they do not have the company phone number only the managers cell phone number. I explained why in the world would you send a company to my house that I am unaware of with no name or contact info for them when I have children in my home and I want to know who they are sending here and hoping I could work out an earlier time for install than Thursday. I was then put on hold to have "Josh" pick up he phone to tell me this young gal is now crying because I asked for the info and she couldnt handle it and I was not told to bad we didnt get our item and we can just call tomorrow and then he proceeded to hang up the phone on me again refusing to give me the contact info for this "install company". This is by far the most shady experience I have ever had with Best Buy and by far the WORST customer service. Im not sure how this could possibly be our fault in any way and they could care less. We only waited 8 hrs for them to show with no consideration to call or communicate with us. I will now be cancelling this order as well based on the principal. I will NOT EVER do business with Best Buy again they will never receive 1 dime from me or my family members ever again. Good job Best Buy you now lost a total $1100 sale and thousands in future purchases! Im sure RC Willey will appreciate our business. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I purchased a camera at the Best Buy store in Bakersfield, CA before leaving for vacation. A few days before the end of our vacation, I noticed my camera had gone missing. A trip to the Best Buy store in Sparks, NV followed, and I purchased a replacement camera. On arrival home, I discovered the missing camera was in one of my travel bags. I placed a call to Best Buy to see if I could return the new camera for a refund, and was told I could ship it back and get my money back minus a 15% restocking fee. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Cant say enough good things about Best Buys service or the quality of their merchandise.

Geek squad is a mess. 3 months to get a warranty repair for our business computer. All we got after 3 months was a back up, then had to be sent out again to get the hard drive replaced.....what a waste!!!!! never never NEVER !!! BUY FROM best buy....THE WARRANTY IS A FREKIN JOKE......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! tHEY PLAY PASS THE BUCK AND BLAME SOMEONE ELSE FOR WHY IT TAKES 3 MONTHS TO GET A COMPUTER REPAIRED???? NEVER NEVER AGAIN !!!!

Great staff and a great manager!!! I have been in a bunch and they are always nice. I went in during a big sale and the manager was near by. He saw us and asked if we needing anything. I said no and he said "Great! Dont be afraid to ask questions. My team is NOT on commission so we are just here to help." I was blown away. I have never been told that before but I was amazed how much it made me more willing to talk to the staff.

I recently purchased a fitbit at this location and I never even realized they had geek squad! They helped me set up my new watch since Ive never had a fitbit before and were so helpful!! Also a few months ago I purchased a new car stereo from this location as well which they installed for me and helped me sync to my phone the same day! I have always had good experience with this store and the workers are awesome!

This store was very helpful while helping me choose by car speakers. I dont know why that guy gave them 1 star for their phone number. You are suppose to report that to google. The rating is for their service. I gave 4 bc sometimes they are too helpful. Everytime you turn a corner another rep is asking you questions. Sometimes I want to shop and be left alone.

Just bought an ASUS gaming laptop a couple days ago. I am very happy with my purchase, and the ability for the staff at best buy to help me choose the right product for my needs. I did not need it for gaming, more for video and picture editing, which can take up a-lot of memory really fast.

Best Buy typically has what you need and a eager to help staff. Unfortunately the staff today that works the Computer area has no interest in helping out. They are too preoccupied getting paid to converse amongst themselves and text on their phones. A gaggle of lazy assholes if you ask me.
