Completely unhappy with their service right now. I went in on Sunday looking to get another Mac laptop. I ended up buying one that was not in the store and was assured I would have it at my doorstep by Wednesday. As I checked my order now it is back-ordered and wont be delivered until mid-September. Called the store, and the women I spoke with keep cutting me off when I would try to explain to her what the employee had said to me. Then she said they might have it Visalia but I would have to drive down there to find out because they would not over-night me laptop. I am hoping when I go to the store tonight, they will be able to help remedy the situation more than the rude lady I spoke with earlier. -- All I know is this will be my last major purchase at Best Buy. If you want a Mac just go to the Apple store! Least there when you give them a decent chunk of money you get your computer right there.

Heres some advice best buy quit worrying about recycling electronics and leave it to the professionals to do that focus on your customer service and alter your return policy. I bough I lenovo yoga tablet it stopped working two days later my child did throw out the receipt but I did sign up for your reward program i am supposed to be able to return stuff without a receipt however your employee did not enter in my information. So I asked for an even exchange and your company refused. So you basically took $400 from me and sold me a piece of junk.. What multi million dollar business treats their customers this way? I guess that is why your all your shutting down 500 stores across america.. There is no more pride in customer service in retail anymore..

I have always shopped and enjoyed best buy until a few years ago when the store decided that they would only sell what is new and stop the sales of upgrades. The other reviews are correct, Amazon is better and less expensive. However I am reviewing because I purchased a laptop for a customer online with in store pickup and it has been over a day and they still havent processed payment. The store says that it is done by corporate. What is wrong with you Best Buy?!? I could have ordered one next day Air and already have a happy client laptop in hand. Thanks for destroying the little enjoyment I had of visiting your store. Please follow in Circut Citys footsteps and disappear. (Once loved that store too.)

Cant say that this place isnt too bad, the most recent reviews seem to be mainly about the customer service of the employees here. I can gladly say I guess something has changed! Ive been approached in every department I visited today, which is awesome. The employees that helped me out today were in the appliance and mobile department. Other than that, AP was very welcoming. Other than the employees itself, the products in the store seem very limited, possibly due to store size. I was able to find what I needed and got out in under 15-20 minutes. Visited on a Wednesday morning, so it wasnt so packed nor were there any lines. Good experience at this location, keep it up guys!

Nobody answers the phones! Just needed to simply find out if they had a cable for my Mac in stock. Called Clovis and held on the line for 8 minutes. I kept being asked to press the option for pricing and availability. Finally hung up and called Riverpark location. This was worse! Held for 10 minutes listening to stupid automated woman asking me to keep pressing. Whatever happened to the good old days when a receptionist or operator would pick up the phone and acknowledge your interest in their business?! Thats why I choose to buy local whenever I can. They also have the worse return policy, but thats another story...

Went to trade in my bluetooth headphones that stopped working. Sherreina was the customer service specialist, and that title must come with the tag. She did not look at me one time while I was at the counter. She also tried to add additional charges for another pair of headphones even though I have only had them for a week, it was an exchange. After waiting for the slowest walk I have even witnessed in my life, she made the changes while checking out every other person in the store. Thanks Sherreina I purchased an amazon prime membership and will purchase things online next time rather than deal with you again.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Basically I purchased a screen protector for my cell phone. Flew back east and it started coming off. I went back to the store and the clerk who I purchased it from did not input my information in thier records. They would not replce it and I could not find the reciept. This place sucks and they way they treated me they will never see me again. Amazon has better warranties and customer service. STAY AWAY!

The employees in the departments really know what they are talking about. As far as product goes you get what you pay for. Dont buy cheap off brand stuff... because its just that... cheap. I had a question about phones and I found the Samsung Store rep here ETREMELY knowledgeable! He gave the best customer service I have ever had and helped me preorder the Galaxy S5. Summery- SUPER STOKED and will ALWAYS come here first for tech.

I was ignored, I politely asked for help. Ive never felt so degraded in my life. I dont know if it was the color of my skin or the wear and tear of my shoes. I wanted to buy a laptop for my daughter but instead i left the store almost in tears. I didnt cry because i didnt want my daughter to see me crying, I went to Wal-Mart and got my laptop in 15 mins. This is not my first experience with Best Buy, im stupid for going back.

I was in need of a digital camera for my ebay sales so I went to the clovis store on w. herndon, went to the camera section and waited for service, there were 4 employees not to far away and were just kidding around, laughing, they could not help but notice me but their conversation was more important than helping this coustomer, after several minutes I finally just left out of frustration never ever to return again!

Poor customer service today, I spent 10 minutes in the computer electronics section and never got noticed, so I went to the TV section where the unhappy looking clerk gave me the one minute please finger and promptly told me there werent enough on staff to help everyone. I left the store and ordered what I wanted from Amazon, itll be here tomorrow.

Purchased a product online for in store pickup. When I went to pick the product up, the employee handed me the product in a banged up box that had obviously been opened and returned. I had to let the employee know that this was unacceptable, otherwise she would have let me walk out of the store with it.
