The service at Deep Water Electronics is ALWAYS exemplary, but today it was so good that I have been compelled to write a review. They have a great selection for a little, tiny town, and almost always have not just what I need, but options to choose from. I bought a generic iPhone 5s charging cable a few weeks ago, and it broke last night. Since Ive had it for several weeks, I expected to buy a replacement. Nope! No questions asked, they replaced it completely. Deep Water Electronics is always my first stop for all my technology needs.

Of the several times Ive stopped in for specific phone charging cords and other electronic items, perhaps over 90% of the time, they had what I was looking for. That is pretty good! Thank you Kevin for helping me get the optimal setup for economically running a presentation from my iPad, delivered wirelessly to any flat-screen TV with an HDMI. :)

I brought my laptop in to have the drive wiped and software re-installed. The technician failed to save the security certificate and failed to copy and save the "My Documents" data. I had separately backed up the drive but the end result was loss of all protected documents.

For a small town electronics store they have great selection and service. I needed a directional antenna to boost the wifi signal where we were staying, and sure enough they had one! Works like a charm, full bars! Kept me connected even on the lake.
