Too inconsistent - trips can be good or bad depending on the person you talk to. Purchased a 55" Sony LCD here that was pricematched to a certain Walmart store. A week later I learned the certain Walmart store had one for $300 cheaper. Per Best Buys return policy, I came back and told them the Walmart now had it for $300 cheaper and to price match. I had called Walmart right before and had them reserve it for me in case they sold out or Best Buy wouldnt price match it. Best Buy called the store and was told they were out of stock (this was because the one I had put on hold was the last one and the phone person didnt know it was put in a unique spot for me) I called Walmart back and sure enough was told that they still had one (mine) which was put on hold. I told the Best Buy worker this, and asked if he wanted to talk to the worker on my phone, and she said it was store policy that they cant use my cellphone, and that they have to call the stores to pricematch on their phones. So I told the Walmart guy this and to expect a return call from Best Buy on their store phone, he said no problem. So the girl at Best Buy told this guy that was worker with her what was going on and that I wanted them to call again. He came over and told me that they are only allowed to call for a pricematch one time! And told me there was nothing else they could do, lmao. So I went to Walmart, purchased the LCD, took it home and watched it for a couple weeks to make sure it was fine, and then went to Best Buy to take theirs back. The guy working there THAT day asked me why I was taking it back - I told him I found it cheaper at the Walmart Dinuba store - and he asked me why I didnt just have it pricematched, lol. So I told him how my previous Best Buy trip went and how they wouldnt call a 2nd time and he pretty much couldnt believe it and told me if it was him working that day he definitely would have pricematched it for me and apologized profusely and was super nice, pretty much the complete opposite of the girl I talked to weeks before. So that just goes to show Best Buy is super inconsistent. Next time I run into a problem, I will simply return the next day and try a different employee, since there is obviously no consistency in the store.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Poor Communication! WASTED 2 1/2 hours of my time!!!!!!!!! I Purchased 2 Microsoft Lumia 640 phones from Best Buy-eBay and I could not pick them up, POOR communication between online store and Local Store! Phones were nowhre to be found so I paid for them online with PayPal for $49.99 each from seller Best Buy on eBay with the choice for Local Pickup. I waited another 30minutes for order to process, finally when I was ready to pickup phones, they said I couldnt pickup phones because I used my wifes account(which is actually my account but I use her name for eBay and PayPal purposes). We have a newborn so my wife could not go much less with this cold rainy weather. They said she should have placed me on the pickup order, so she did and I still could not pickup my phones. I asked her to send me her DL, still could not pick up my phones, I escalated to different managers, still could not pick up my phones. One of the managers suggested I cancel the order, I told him its too late to cancel, ebay only gives you 1 hour and with all this waiting time its past 1 hour. I told him you need to cancel the order, he said I cant, call the 1-888 #, I did with no help, no one answered. I walked out of Best Buy with no phones and a purchase I could not pickup. Very POOR COMMUNICATION between their eBay Best Buy and their store, with all this technology & they are not synchronized, made me feel like a criminal. Ill just buy the phones at WAL-MART!

This review is for the Fresno store staff and NOT best buy itself. Back story: lately Ive been reading reviews where best buy has been selling refurbished or returned phones as new; took it with a grain of salt, figured people just didnt fully do their research it read all disclosures. Fast forward to today, July 9, 2017, I order a phone online for same day pick up, triple checked with service associates that it was new because the box was a tad best up, but attributed that to handling. I get in the car, open up the box and sure enough, CLEARLY used phone, tiny crack in audio Jack and slight scratch in the bezel.went imediayeky back into the store to return it, but because Id just picked it up, the purchase hadbt registered. It took 20 minutes of poor Quenton(sp) and the mobile center manager (Matt, I think- bald, cute, twenties,maybe super early 30s) trying to rectify it because the system wouldnt allow the return. They worked to find every solution possible to help me as I was just stopping in Fresno on my way to LA and wouldnt be available to return it at opening the next day. Long story short, I will never buy a phone from best buy again, SUPER disappointed and quite frankly shocked that they would be doing this. I had a better experience buying a phone from Wal-Mart online, which is pretty sad.

I went into the store to buy a surface pro 4, there were some unknown fees I had to pay that I was okay with because it wasnt Best Buys fault. I came home very excited to get to get everything set up and get started working on my homework for school. I take out the card to download Microsoft office and the representative gave me a download card for a laptop that runs Mac OSX. I purchased a MICROSOFT surface, and was given a code for an APPLE product. Thats not why Im writing this review though, to fix the problem I was told by Microsoft that I need to contact the store I bought it from. NO PROBLEM, Ill call up Best Buy and get the issue resolved. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes my phone died and no one answered. I plugged my phone in to charge, and I have now been on the phone with them for one hour total. I have never been on hold for longer than this. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR PHONE

I thought I would give them 5 stars about some technical issue resolved but nope. They made me buy 179.99 router and theres basically no difference when it comes to streaming of 4K. They thought that I dont know stuff about routers, 4ks etc.. I was laughing deep inside because the white guy manager that looks like our lord Jesus Christ thought I was a dumb ass in terms of this. TIPS: Dont go here without researching some about the things that you wanted to get. Theyre like the Car dealership salesperson, theyre doing a little bit of sales talk and youll buy the thing. So "RESEARCH" or be educated about what youre trying to get. Dont waste your money. Check CostCo first before you go here because Bestbuy ripping you off. Like the SUHD theyre selling right now. Its way more expensive than costco probably like a hundred or so. Same model and everything.
